Overall it was a great location and the apartment was comfortable. The staff at the front were not friendly so don’t expect to be greeted or to offer any assistance even when you ask where is the closest quick mart to buy water.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property, one with a different host and larger unit, and I highly recommend the facility for cleanliness, staff professionalism, amenities, layout/spaciousness of the units, the hosts' accommodating manners, and the location. Walking distance to everything fun - two magnificent parks, an open-air market on Tuesdays, and more. I will stay here again next time I visit this lovely city.

Clean and location is great! Host was excellent communicating with us. Though is not a hotel, I do think spaces like this should provide extra towels especially if a guest is staying longer than 3 days. Just my opinion. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place was lovely, we had some slight delays with parking due to difficulty with contacting the venue, but the parking attendants sorted it for us within 10 Min or so. The apartment was in excellent condition, spacious clean and very well equipped, the hot water came in and out a bit but otherwise couldn't fault it. Nice area as well with lots of nice looking restaurants around.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is good with a short Uber ride to most areas of the city. There is also a bus stop at the end of the block. It's located in a safe, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within blocks.You have access to a beautiful view from the rooftop garden, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink at night. The only minus is the traffic noise at night when you're trying to sleep, but Mexico City is not the city you visit to rest!

The place was very clean and good area to be at , however it was lacking towels provided to us and no ac , it was very hot in the hotel and when we would open the sliding doors it was very loud from the traffic . Only thing was provided was fans . But I rate this a 4 because it was a cute spot , and very clean .

Property is very nice and a very good customer atention. Rooms are clean. I’ve chosen the cheapest tarif. Therefore we got the department located to Patriotism a very noisy main streat in México City with huge trafic the whole Night Long. Ask always for Department located to Alfonso Reyes.

Feeling like home in CDMX

Very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and nice furniture. Location was perfect, nice neighborhood and noise level from street was acceptable. The beds were perfect. Reception staff was friendly, cleanliness was completely OK. Filter for tap water was also a plus definitely. Internet working well. The only small downside was limited supply of hot water in the shower - there was hot water everyday, but it would regularly run out quite spontaneously pushing you out of shower quickly. To sum up: I would definitely book again

I enthusiastically endorse this property. Impeccably clean with an ideal location. Despite concerns raised in previous reviews about noise, my experience was pleasantly quiet. Upon arrival, the atmosphere exuded luxury. The rooftop offered breathtaking views, and the gym facilities were exceptional. The only slight disappointment was the pool, which resembled more of a small pond. Additionally, there was a shortage of toilet supplies and kitchen paper towels, though this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.
