Excelent.

A big and comfortable apartment with all the services. It doesn’t have an elevator but in compensation offers good heaters an hot showers. It’s also located in a beautiful place, close to most important historical buildings. The staff is very friendly!

Amazing value for money, Brera Apartments provided ample space in a large and quiet apartment, bettering any hotel experiences in the Milan downtown area. With several Carrefour Express markets, laying in provisions was never a problem, and there are many excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Sforza Castle and Palazzo Brera are not an easy walk, and the Metro takes you to the Duomo and Galleria (about 15 minutes). Two things to be aware of: this is not a hotel with a front desk, you will have to be in touch for handing off the keys (the staff were helpful and were flexible when traffic delayed our arrival). Paid parking is available in blue zones around the neighborhood, but be aware that the spaces in front of the apartment on Via San Marco will need to be vacated on market days (including Mondays).
