Great room with kitchen area. Very comfy bed. Great location being a couple of minutes walk from main square. No reception staff just codes sent to you to get in the premises and your room. Would definitely recommend

Room was perfect as a solo female traveler. Very comfortable, clean, well furnished. Hotel is in a fantastic location — easy to walk around, so many shops and restaurants nearby, and even though it’s right in the center of things, it’s not very noisy. Very safe area and well lit.

The apartment was clean, had everything you need for a short stay. It was a bit confusing to find the entrance as the building entrance is on the side (different street) but otherwise all was fine.

The apartment was lovely and well located. Unfortunately I hot little sleep for my 3 nights becuse of noise of in room. Not sure if it was the pipes or the heating system but the noise was insufferable. I compkained on first night butbwhile I was told someone from maintenence would come, the nouse did not stop. Bed comfortable, pillows are terrible. Everything in room is clean.

Good but :)

The location of the apartments is excellent – close to the city center but still quiet. Cleanliness was very good, everything tidy and well-kept. The equipment and facilities were also good, nothing important was missing. There are just a couple of small downsides: the bathroom would benefit from some towel hooks, and although we booked for two nights, there was only enough coffee provided for one day. The Krups capsule machine is a nice touch, but having to buy a whole pack of capsules just to make four coffees is not very convenient. Other than that, everything was fine – we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Very nice and comfortable

It was very nice, very comfortable and right in old town but off a side street that wasn’t packed with people, so it wasn’t loud at night, it was quiet. They messaged back very fast and answered every question. I was able to connect my phone to the tv and watch Netflix, HBO. It deserves more stars!

Much larger than we anticipated. Nice decor. Very clean. Amazing value for money. Location is brilliant. Only complaint is there were only 2 coffee pods provided. No tea bags or milk.

Great location

This place was super cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to places as all the main attractions were nearby. My only issue was that on hotels.com it states there is no front desk and the only way to get access is through codes, however I booked last minute and never was messaged those codes. I happened to ask someone exiting the building and they said I could check in with the hotel Unicus directly across the street. It would’ve been way easier checking in if this was mentioned on the website.

This was a great find and the location was perfect. You had all shops bars restaurants and the old town was round the corner. We walked a lot of places and the tour we arranged for auschwitz picked us up at hotel Unitas opposite, we also paid to use their storage facility on our last day, bit of a con £12 and it was just a cupboard but it helped us. The only downside to this hotel was the bar underneath every night had people laughing and music playing u til around 3.30am

Nice apartment, nice staff but noisy location is situated next to the club or bar. Loud tourists hung out till 6AM every day outside of my window during my one week stay. Apartment phone didn’t work the whole stay. They didn’t have WhatsApp so I had to emails many times prior to arrival.

Good stay, even though check-in wasn’t easy

Good property in a very central district (mind the slight noisiness of parties down the street, nothing overwhelming though), classy furnishing and quality features. Heating (winter time): very slow reversible A/C, make sure you start it in advance and put it on max (I’m not cold-sensitive but the machine isn’t precise). Easy access by individually generated codes (a bit too long when it comes to the room door code, 8 digits on touchscreens). Self check-in: bad luck, no info message received as planned, had to call (easy conversation and understanding in English, with a reactive gentleman). Then I only received the info for one room (two were booked on the same reservation), so I had to call once again.

The hotel room is located in the centre of old town and was very accessible with an Uber Drop/Pickup point across the road. To get into the hotel there is a keypad which the codes are sent to the email you booked on. Once in the lobby there is a lift or you can take the stairs. The lift seemed outdated and dodgy so I took the stairs. When you get to your door, it is also operated by code which is sent to your email. The code was 6 numbers and 1 symbol long which made it a little inconvenient especially after a drink however, this is understandable for security reasons. Once inside the room, it is lovely! The room was tidy, clean and modern, the bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely! The bed was extremely comfortable however instead of a queen size duvet, 2 single duvets were given which was slightly inconvenient. Also in the room is a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The room was controlled with a unit above the door which worked excellently whether it be heat or air conditioning. Overall this hotel is amazingly placed and was great! I will definitely be coming back.
