Peaceful, comfortable and grand in scale. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and many items cooked to order. It is a way from the Old / French quarters, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs 4 times a day and Grab fares to and fro are not excessive. Some good local dining options. Airport shuttle also recommended. We loved it!

This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.

Wonderful stay at Diamond suites Westlake. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice partial view of the lake from the patio. The whole place felt very secure and quiet. There was even a washing machine and they provided detergent! Golf chipping green, pickleball, pool all on-site, and many other amenities had me wanting to find out how I could live there full-time. Staff were courteous, polite and helpful, we had a late arrival and the check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast was fantastic, eggs made to order, chicken or beef pho, fruit and many other items to satisfy any appetite. Would definitely stay again, even if it is a bit far from the action, grab rides were very inexpensive to get to where you want to go. Highly satisfied with our stay.

Lovely big rooms with excellent pool and ground facilities for families. Food and drinks not a significant feature though it had excellent kitchen so you can do you own thing very easily. Some local shops and eating places which were affordable (like everywhere in Vietnam).

Clean apartment . I could was my clothes. There’s a wall around the complex and you can only get out one way and it’s not to the lake. Not so much to see in walking distance but the got a shuttle bus to the old quarter. I didn’t use et. Quiet area and that was great. The pool seems nice. I traveled alone so it was a bit boring. For a family that like a rest from the cars and the noise this hotel would be a good choice. I didn’t try the breakfast.

The room’s size, cleanliness, and staff service were all excellent. Since there are no large facilities nearby, shopping requires some travel, but the property has a convenience store on-site, so you can still get all the essentials

Very comfortable apartment hotel. Excellent facilities and great staff. Activities for all ages. Clean and spacious apartments and we like the Westlake area for the view and relaxed atmosphere. Gym equipment a bit dated and so was dishwasher/washer in apartment - functional though. We will definitely come back, especially if we're staying for a longer period.

The property is a mix of residential accommodation and holiday apartments. The pool was lovely and quiet. The kitchens in the apartments need updating and the breakfast wasn’t the best we have had. It’s also worth noting that you have to request a balcony for all 1 bed apartments as this isn’t a bookable option via Expedia
