Our queen rooms were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, comfortable and private. The location is in easy reach of the old town, harbour and bus station. Our host met us and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

Fantastic base for exploring Split. Easy walking distance to the port/palace/shops/restaurants/ferry. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable The host made excellent recommendations and was easily contactable. Would highly recommend.

The one bedroom apartment was clean, fresh & fully equipped. A quiet location and an easy walk to the Palace and all other sites of interest. Toma, our host, gave clear instructions on how to access the property. He sent us lots of information about restaurants, museums, places to visit, ferry & boat details to visit the local area. We couldn't have been more happy with our host and accommodation

The room was nice and clean. Well decorated. It was up three flights of stairs and the hallway was not well lit. The property was hard to find. Communication with owner was a bit difficult but when we eventually connected he was patient and made sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than expected. It didn't have a sitting area, as I expected from the pictures. The bed was small for a queen and was a little uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay.

Superb location near Split old town and less than 10 mins walk to Riva Promenade. We stayed 3 nights, however for a longer stay I would recommend fresh towels and linen. All round excellent !

Excellent communication and assistance with check in. Maps took us to the wrong location and Ivica was extremely helpful and came to find us and took us to the correct entrance. Easy walk to the bus terminal to get to the airport. Wonderful stay and a fabulous location. Thank you

Excellent property in a good location. Very close to a supermarket. We arrived on a Monday and at the end of Wednesday we asked for fresh towels as there was no towel rail or place to dry towels properly the owner said he would bring fresh towels but he did not.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in was easy and we were met at the apartment and showed around. The apartment is stunning and the exposed brick work was beautiful. It had all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable and the A/C was superb.It is right in the centre of split and within walking distance of all major attractions. So many places to eat and dine at varying levels from street food to fine dining. We were sent a list of recommendations by our host. When we come back we will be booking to stay here again can't recommend highly enough.

Odamızdan memnun kaldık çok merkezi bir konum, temiz ve konforlu bir oda. Yatak rahattı ve odanın içindeki eşyalar yeniydi memnun kaldık. Erken check in yapabildik bu yüzden ekstra mutlu olduk. Kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir konaklama… otelin yerini bulmakta zorlandık bunun için yönlendirme yapılması lazım.

Toppen boende med bra hjälpsam personal, nära gamla stan. Nackdelen var att det var svårt att hitta på google maps, information borde vi har fått innan ankomst då personalen kände till det problemet.
