People are giving this place a bad rep for no reason..I have no complaints at all, I stayed here for 3 weeks and the staff were great and didn’t charge me to use the YMCA facilities which would of been $20 a day..I didn’t use them anyway Staff that I dealt with were friendly and the room was great. Had a fridge, tv with plenty of channels and the bathroom was big enough, it took a while for the hot water but that’s expected The location is ideal and about a 25 minute walk to TD Garden which I visited multiple time’s I’m giving this 5 stars

Old but clean

The service was poor but the area was up and coming and for the price in boston it was good value for money. We had issues with the phone and hairdryer not working but the place was clean.

After a day of exploring Boston we arrived back to our hotel to find our room wide open with the door wedged open with a door stop. We looked around for housekeeping and no one was around not even a trolley in the hallway. Confronted front desk and asked for an explanation as to why our belongings were in full view with door fixed open. We felt exposed and unsafe. Once speaking to the manager (he wasn’t available until the following day) he dismissed us and showed no concern whatsoever. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Giselle at check in was a disgrace. Hundreds of check-ins later and she is easily number one with a bullet for worst service at hotel check-in ever!! This person should NOT be working in hospitality. No welcome, service, hotel explanation, smile etc.

Constitution Inn, a good part of the city

I picked this hotel for price and location. I was going for airport proximity and ride to airport. Well I blew that part. What I saved on room was what it cost to get to airport. Having said that it was a great area to walk around and as a tourist site, it was good. Room huge and comfortable.

Comfortable but bad parking situation

Only downside was the parking garage which cost $16/day and the ice machine was broken. Bed was very comfortable and staff was kind. Room was also clean and elevator was fast.

Former Navy Barracks is a safe haven

The Constitution Inn is a no frills oasis in a desert of exorbitant hotel rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. This was a great place to be ready to catch an early morning flight from Logan Airport.
