Beautiful apartment

We had a lovely one week stay in this lovely comfortable apartment with all that one could need. The owners were very good responding and accommodating. The village is lovely and the people are friendly. So beautiful down at the lake. The apartment is downstairs and although the upstairs neighbours were very nice you could hear walking about and doors shutting. Also the noise of the large fridges through the wall in the cafe kept us awake. We have been assured that sound proofing will be going in for that. Don't be fooled by the photos that say property grounds. Although the lake is only a 10 minute walk away, the property itself doesn't have any views. This shouldn't affect your lovely stay as long as you are aware of this.

This little hidden gem was perfect for our short stay. The apartment had everything we needed and clean, clean and did I mention clean! Restaurants close by and people were friendly. Would stay there again!

Fun getaway with boyfriend!

My boyfriend and I had planned a snowboarding trip, but didn’t want to pay exorbitant fees to get lodging on the resort. I found Lucas’ place on VRBO and thought it looked cozy for a reasonable price, while not being too far from our snowboarding spot. It was all that and more!

My husband and i stayed for 2 days and we loved it! We walked everywhere. We bar hoped and walked back so its perfect place to stay if you plan on drinking. To top it of, the apartment is super cute and very clean. You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

Stayed here to do some hiking and see the lake. Absolutely adorable dog bed there for my guy. He’s 10.5 so that was a blessing I did not think so bring myself. Also dog park right down the street! Quiet, next to coffee shop (HUGE BONUS) and super clean and cute ❤️

Wonderful base for exploring Greenwood Lake and its surroundings.

This is an immaculately maintained, tastefully furnished suite. The bedroom can be closed off from the living room and kitchen by a sliding door. The kitchen is easy to use and there's an impressive array of condiments and spices. The shower feels luxurious. The binder of information on hiking, biking, and boating is by far the best we've seen in a vacation rental. Beach passes and beach towels are provided. The owner of the building is a long time resident and operates a cafe out front. You can walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. We were visiting family in the area and they were as impressed as we were.

The photos and descriptions of the property are spot on. The owners have addressed so many details: info booklet on WiFi, TV, HVAC, local restaurants, things to do, etc.; clips for potato chip bags; passes to the town beach; towels; and more. The cafe in the same bldg serves great breakfasts and lunches. The Italian restaurant across the street offers generous portions of good food at very reasonable prices. You can walk everywhere. A great base for exploring the area, hiking, or boating.

This was such a nice Vrbo in a lovely town! The apartment was super clean! The host provided a binder full of a ton of helpful information about the area like places to eat and visit so you can best enjoy your stay in greenwood lake. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay!

Cozy clean and convenient

Exactly what I needed for the weekend. Bed is very comfortable. Occasionally noisy from upstairs neighbors but always quiet at night. Highly recommend the local farm stands and coffee. Excellent communication with property representative. Parking space is literally right outside so easy to bring your stuff in and out.

The apartment was so cozy! It was exactly as shown on the listing. We loved that it had all you needed for an enjoyable stay. We have put our heart and soul into remodeling, decorating, and furnishing A Suite Downtown to make you comfortable and your stay enjoyable. It’s a family affair with Ted, an architect and Karen, an interior designer doing the on-site work, our son Lucas handling bookings and registration services, and our business partner Jamie owner of the Village Buzz.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in Greenwood Lake Village in a building with an eatery. In a three block area, you can walk to bakeries, shops, eateries, taverns, and coffee shops. There is a yoga studio next door, a massage therapist across the street, and a dog park just a block away.

What makes this property unique

Guests have a reserved parking spot if driving. The NJ Transit stop is a block away and since all of Greenwood Lake is walkable, you don't need a car. The bus goes to downtown Warwick with dozens of shops and eateries. There is also a taxi service that covers the entire Warwick Valley area.
