Pros: Very spacious Cons: The master bathroom has plumbing issues. Shower water smells like waste. Checkout is very early and late checkouts are impossible and require several requests and follow-ups that will be denied.

I would recommend this place

Pros: location, tons to eat and drink. Close to ASU and trams. Spacious and modern. Huge kitchen. Parking spots. Nice roof deck. Pet friendly. Owner is pretty responsive when you need them. Cons: cheap, basic and uncomfortable furniture. Difficult (sometimes dysfunctional) front door lock (battery operated). Development is too pet friendly (as soon as 1 dog barks in the night, it sets off all the dogs in the neighborhood!) Too much legal paperwork to go through after booking and paying.

Rigtig fint at kunne bo i lejligheden i stedet for at være på hotel, da jeg bor i AZ i længere tid ad gangen. Jeg vil helt sikkert leje det igen. Måske lidt dyrt til en person. Men meget bekvemt.

This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing.

Vince was an outstanding host, reached back to me within 5-10 minutes for any concerns I had. House was very clean and nice also was in a very good area everything was in close proximity to each other. Next time I come back to phoenix I definitely will book with Vince again. Would give him 20 stars if I could!

Nice place, horrible attentiveness to guest.

Place was nice and good location to ASU. However when we arrived the AC was not working. I then notified the property owner and they kind of blew it off as give it some time. Home was at 88 degrees and would not get below 84 only in the evenings. 2 day i reached out to the owner and he said his handyman is very busy so probably wouldn’t make it. I explained how it was unbearable to be in and he passed it off again. I then sent him several pictures of the AC temperature and he said again his handyman would be by after our departure. No sense of urgency no refund i would not book here.

The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.

It's a very nice place. The location is awesome besides the very loud construction next door. There's a Whole Foods right down the street and some shops too. I really enjoyed the apartment itself. I like the simplicity of it and the furniture. We did have some issues though. I'm not super picky so this didn't ruin the trip for me or anything, but I figured I'd mention it in the review: 1.) There was a very moldy and gross container of food left in the fridge from before we arrived. What's strange is that it was the only thing in the entire fridge, just one small plastic container of super old and moldy food. The container was inside of a plastic bag too, so the cleaners or host must have seen it before we got there. I don't know what was inside, but it smelled very powerful and bad. It made the entire fridge unusable and the whole main floor of the apartment smelled bad. When we called the host and told them about it, they sent someone out to clean it. It took a while for the cleaner to arrive. The cleaner didn't speak english which wasn't really an issue for us since they used Google translate for us to communicate easily. The cleaner did fix the fridge issue, but I think they put the food down the kitchen sink because the sink still smelled awful after. 2.) When we first arrived, the code given to us to get into the home was the wrong one. We had to call to get the correct one Overall we had a good time. It's still a nice place and good location.

It's a very modern cute and comfortable unit. The only reason for me not giving it a 5 star is because the draining in the master shower was not happening and I did bring it to their attention the first day and noting was done about it. I personally do not want to shower in a small pool of the water, soap , shampoo etc. that is falling from me. Again, had this been addressed I would of given it a 5 because aside from that everything was super smooth!

I loved the number of floors it had and the amenity of the washer and dryer in the unit. However, the cleanliness of the unit was filthy when it’s expected to pay upfront a cleaning fee. Floors weren’t swept nor mopped. There was still sticky residue on the counters and areas of the floors. The area rugs were disgusting yet was advised to keep shoes off while in unit. The shower had mold and the paint chipped. Scuffs on walls. Internet was super basic zero high-speed. Only 1 TV in the entire unit and zero cable and zero sports channels. The beds are kings size which is a plus but we’re entirely too hard. The couches are not accommodating, in fact the aren’t standard couches and sit low to the floor like a step stool and the throw pillows were dirty. The only thing I liked was the size of the unit and they area it’s located. It would be my last resort to stay. I was not impressed at all for what it cost. Better luck next time I guess!

This is a beautiful place to stay. It was luxurious and relaxing, felt like a retreat for us. The kitchen was very well-stocked and everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend Culinary Dropout a few blocks away.
