The private spa was nice for our family of 4. Front staff who checked us in was pleasant and helped book our spa. The hotel is in a convenient location. Room was so clean and decor was pretty! Loved that there was a washer/dryer in our suite, but we had some issues understanding how to use it since it was in Japanese. Other than that, our stay was quite lovely!

Great accommodation. Could not recommend it more highly. In quite a nice spot in Gion. Only a short walk to bustling areas and relatively quiet at night.
