Boa opção para familia

Apartamento tipo flat bem moderno e limpo. Camas confortaveis e banheiro amplo. Local equipado com geladeira tipo frigobar, forno e lava-roupa. Tem estacionamento interno pago (E$25 a diaria). Estacionar na rua é missao impossivel. Facil acesso a pé para a Duomo. Tem supermercado e opções de alimentação bem proximos.

It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!

Moderno y bien ubicado

Alojamiento limpio, moderno y muy cómodo. Destaca lo completo que está de electrodomésticos, así como el estado general de todas las instalaciones. Como punto negativo, resalto lo tarde que permiten entrar a la habitación (16 h.) y la cantidad de trámites que hay que hacer previamente por la aplicación.

Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen incl. dish washer, fridge and stove. Good to prepare food. Comfortable couch. You can open the windows. Dishwashing liquid and sponge to clean dishes and the kitchen surface is missing.

This was a beautiful apartment and had a washing machine! I did not like the location- about a 15 min walk from the metro and very residential. This is my bad, I was looking at the wrong airport when I booked this room thinking we were close to the international airport but it’s a smaller airport, just in case anyone has the same inclination. One thing I didn’t like about this project property is all of the technology involved in checking in. Basically was asked to not talk to the reception people. I will say that when I did speak to them, they were very nice. Also- this hotel is not very accommodating, they charge for early check-in which is something we did not experience anywhere else in Italy.

Overall, very nice, comfortable apartment in Milan. The location is fairly convenient but not central to many of the attractions. However, convenient access to the tram is available. There are no instruction for using any of the appliances (stove, washing machine) or controlling the heat and the controls are not intuitive. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided some assistance but this should be unnecessary with a few instructions. Not sure if I would stay again but it is a nice apartment building if you prefer this location.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Sonder fue decepcionante. Mi hija tuvo un accidente que le impidió salir a tiempo del cuarto, y la supervisora Federica quiso cobrarnos mucho más de lo que cuesta una noche normal, intentando aprovecharse de la situación. Al final, nos cobró una noche adicional de forma injusta, sin siquiera preguntar la razón del retraso. Me parece una actitud poco solidaria y un servicio al cliente muy deficiente. Ojalá mejoren en el futuro

My experience at the Sonder hotel was disappointing. My daughter had an accident that prevented her from leaving the room on time, and the supervisor, Federica, tried to charge us much more than the normal rate for a night, taking advantage of the situation. In the end, she unjustly charged us for an extra night without even asking about the reason for the delay. I found this very inconsiderate and poor customer service. I hope they improve in the future.

Excelente!!!

Incrível, eu nunca havia me hospedado nesse modelo de hospedam. Mas é tudo muito prático. O espaço é muito organizado, amplo, limpo e bem decorado. É bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, ao metrô e à linha de bondes que liga aos principais pontos da cidade, embora dê para caminhar com tranquilidade e segurança até eles. Impressionante!
