The hotel needs gutted and rebuilt

Avoid. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. It is a beat down motor lodge with nasty stained carpet, stained bedding, dead bugs, and a musty smell. Door had gaps in weatherstripping so anything crawling around outside comes in. Sent photos of the disgusting carpet and bedding to hotels dot com, but fighting with property over refund. Hotel offered a different but equally disgusting room. Hotels dot com so far is only offering a quarter of what I paid as one key cash. I didn't stay in the room and ended up with a 3+ hour drive back home in the dark and rain. Trip was ruined.

Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.

We went in pictures are not what u see inside. We set on bed it went down no support. It smelled bad. We took our stuff and left booked another place in Gatlinburg. They dont show u the opposite side of the room. So I just threw away over 300.00. Plus had to find a new place. Id advise u dont show this place on ur websites

It was nice just as advertised easy checking in and out nice room and being affordable and always in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg Tennessee can't beat it it was awesome if definitely go back

Positives were a big tv, microwave, fridge and very comfy bed. Negatives were towels and sheets were dirty, clumps of hair on bathroom wall, very thin walls so could hear everything from rooms beside/above/beneath us. Sink and bath taps worked but broken. Exterior very dated.

The hotel does not look like its shown in pictures. It is run down and nasty the guy working the desk when we checked in was rude. We ended up checking out as soon as we checked in and going else where

I didn't like anything about it but the convenience of the location but the experience was terrible!! The coffee pot still has coffee in it,there was an empty liquor bottle in the dresser,the heat didn't work and we didn't figure that out til 1:30am and we checked the filter and it hadn't been cleaned in months. We contacted the owner she said we could move rooms but the manager on duty just brought us a space heater said this is all I can do all the rooms are dirty,no occupied but dirty!! Why couldn't he clean one so we could have heat???? We left a day early due to it being really cold and they didn't want to provide a source of heat that actually worked. I'm very disappointed in my experience

Roaches not big deal but didn't want to bring them home, shower handle comes off, AC doesn't work properly, guy upfront didn't know what room service was when asked and no room service at all had to ask for towels, told there was two beds and only one, towels stained, and blanket had holes

First room had no TV. Changed room and looked half renovated Bathroom door broken. Shower old mold looking and heater worked but unable to set temp so would never turn off over heating area. Had to keep turning on to take of the chill and then turning off when to hot.

Our heater didn't work in 25 degree weather. We told the man in the front office and he said "never heard that before" and gave us a small space heater he was using for this office (they dont have heating?) from the 80s and told us to use this to warm our entire room. My husband went back and told him we needed a new room as that heater was a joke. They DID give us a new room. The room still had stuff from the previous user. We found lolipop sticks, hair clips, their food left over in the fridge. I guess you get what you pay for as this was one of the cheapest hotels in Gatlinburg for that time. The rooms were decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Close enough to walk downtown. Okay if you're just needing it for one night.
