It was nice just as advertised easy checking in and out nice room and being affordable and always in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg Tennessee can't beat it it was awesome if definitely go back

First of all the pillows was nasty w stains and blankets too. Had a little heater that didnt keep room warm. I took pictures of all of this. Couldn't get up w anyone to solve this. Couldnt get a receipt for staying. This was worst place i have every stay at.

The beds were comfortable and clean but appliances such as the coffee maker and soap dispensers in the shower did not work. Considering the price and location to downtown, it was worth it.

Getting a hold of someone at the front desk is impossible, sheets and carpet were stained, and don't even think about a medium water temperature. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Ice machine doesn't work. Gaps in doors letting air in. Not a good stay.
