We enjoyed our stay very much. The lodges are pleasant and there are good facilities and a good restaurant. We felt some things could be improved such as a rug for the chairs to minimise the scraping noise from other lodges, which can be quite grating. The outdoor pool was only warm enough on our final day.

All round lovely stsy

Lovely little apartment, nice pool and friend staff. Location is a bit further than we had hoped to cycle to the beaches but still beautiful setting. Restaurant nice but a bit expensive for quality.

We enjoyed our stay but were confused with the housekeeping. On arrival we had no washing tablets, liquid, additional rubbish bags. These then appeared on our third day so not sure how often rooms are supposed to be cleaned etc and it was a bit strange for a hotel to have to clear out our own rubbish.

This was the 2nd ( and probably last ) time we stayed at Domaine. The 2 bedroom cabins are quite nice, cleaned daily (including a mop of all floors) and restocked. The family pool is small ( about 20 metres) but quiet in early July, so no problems getting space. The fancier pool is for adults only and has a fee for use ( about €20 I think). As we had our children with us it wasn’t really an option to visit. The most disappointing thing was the restaurant, which claims to be open until 2300. We had a long day in cap ferret and pitched up for dinner at 2000, asking if we could quickly shower and come for dinner. We were told this was impossible by the staff. They said they were full for dinner. I counted about 15 empty tables inside and out on the deck, so covers for approximately 30-40. We tried to ask if we could squeeze in - not for us, but for the kids. We got the impression they just couldn’t be bothered. There are limited options for food elsewhere nearby ( as it wasn’t yet high season) so we had to quickly scramble to another place before they shut too. Really disappointing. Overall cap ferret is very nice- Truc Vert beach is fantastic and only 10 minutes drive. L’horizon beach is another 10 mins further on, but then only 5 mins from all the nice restaurants in proper cap ferret. Ther air con in the hotel was ok to good, especially for France.

Séjour agréable malgré le mauvais temps. Le lodge est bien équipé et entretenu avec une bonne literie. Petit bémol sur le spa le créneau des deux heures en fin de journée peu d’accès aux transats et sauna (pris d’assaut) vestiaires plutôt sales en fin de journée. Pas de peignoirs mis à dispo juste une serviette donc déçu du spa au vu de son prix. Le buffet du petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel étaient très bien. Un grand merci à eux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, très soigné et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre en famille. Les installations sont de grande qualité et parfaitement entretenues. Le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin : le personnel est professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. Mention particulière pour l’accueil avec les enfants, qui a été particulièrement chaleureux et bienveillant. Tout est fait pour que les familles se sentent à l’aise, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous nous sommes sentis réellement bien accueillis et avons profité pleinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Parfait pour une escapade au Cap Ferret

Super hôtel des petits bungalows répartis dans un parc arboré et extrêmement calme… chaque chambre a un espace extérieur (terrasse ou balcon) mais très inégal d’une chambre à l’autre) La piscine est agréable. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner.

Bon hotel, service moyen, rapport qualité prix mauvais. Pas de serviettes de toilette dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Chambre facturée à double. Pas de serviette de bain pour la piscine. La piscine ouverte à l hotel est toute petite et il y a très peu de place à l ombre. L accès à la piscine du spa coute 20 euro. Pour une chambre a 350 euro on pourrait avoir accès au spa. Autrement la chambre est propre et le lit très confortable.
