PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom close to everything. From the entry hallway you can access two bedrooms, both with twin bunk beds. From there you enter into the living room, with full size couch, loveseat, and a television equipped with cable. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed as well as a newly renovated bathroom, with full size tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Also off of the living room is a brand new fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove/oven. The unit has brand new wood floors throughout, with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen which are both newly tiled. There are window air conditioning units for your comfort.

Outside, there is a gas barbeque grill as well as outdoor table and chairs, for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air. The house has offstreet parking for your car, so leave your car in the driveway and your worries behind.

This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back from an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.
