We enjoyed the location of the property. Great fishing in pond behind the house. Convenient to beach and other restaurants etc. Enjoyed the pool.

Lots of room and wildlife

The condo feels bigger inside than it looks in the pictures. The best part is the protected woods and lake views. There were deer, foxes, herons, and more around every day. It really made it a fun place for my kids.

I am glad Chris and his family enjoyed their stay. We have wonderful scenery and I’m glad the kids loved it. They were very thoughtful and letting us know when they were departing. I would recommend them to anyone interested in renting your home.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great family vacation at 22 Mainsail! The kids (12, 6, and 4) enjoyed riding their scooters to the pool and playground every day, and us old folks followed along on the bicycles available for guest use. Nearby grocery store had everything we needed, and the home was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable! My husband was particularly happy that there were lots of ceiling fans. Nice quiet location tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a beautiful community filled with amenities. Thank you, Stephen and Gina, for your warm welcome and helpful info!

Great family home

Great vacation rental! I didn't imagine the house would be so big and spacious. 7 adults in the house and 3 bathrooms is a must. Location isnt as close to the beach if you're trying to walk there. The house has plenty of bikes free to use but it's still quite a ride to the beach. House was very clean, enough pots and pans for cooking except a blender, if you need one bring ur own. Overall I have no complaints at all, everything was perfect... Thank You!

The house was amazing. The decor was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The space was very roomy and with eight of us, nobody was tripping over each other. Nice layout with the master bedroom on the first floor. The scenery was nice with the pond right behind the house. We also had two baby deer in the yard and we saw a fox just off the driveway. Close to a supermarket and the beach. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Fourth of July July weekday at this property. The communication was seamless and very helpful. The salt Pond community amenities are very nice in the community as a whole is very well suited for family vacations. I would highly recommend this rental for family stays.

Bethany retreat

We had a great time at Stephen's place! It was well-equipped and spacious! We loved the location. It was so relaxing to start our mornings sitting in the screened porch and looking out at the woodsy setting and also hearing the birds and frogs. The community itself is great too. My family took advantage of the golf course and the pool. Both were great! Stephen was very responsive. We had a problem with the patio door the first day. He immediately called me and sent someone right over! The condo is close to all Bethany has to offer. We'll definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with family!

We love the community and location of this property near the wooded area but also close to the beach! Great family time for all and plenty to do! The hosts are absolutely wonderful!!! We love the area so much my father is interested in purchasing a home if available. My sister can down for the 1st time and is contacting host to rent for a week herself. Lovely place and very good communication with owners!

A wonderful vacation

My family and I stayed at Steve and Gina's wonderful property and had an excellent time. We appreciated the cleanliness and size of the house. It is situated within easy walking distance of the community pool and tennis courts, as well as grocery store. Bethany Beach and Fenwick Isle were within a short driving distance. Both Steve and Gina were very helpful leading up to our stay, and all the information provided was accurate and made for a smooth check-in/out process. We are already thinking of another stay next year!

A little piece of heaven just outside town in a quiet neighborhood

We were absolutely thrilled with this rental home. It's about 2 miles away from the town of Bethany, and was a perfectly quiet and cozy retreat from the chaos of the beach towns. We thoroughly enjoyed watching osprey, herons and deer every morning from the screened in porch. No matter how hot and humid it was outside, the porch was our favorite place to congregate since it was right next to such a beautiful pond and all the wildlife. The house was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was outstanding also! We were absolutely thrilled and if we come back to Delware, we know where we'll be staying.

Great for family

The house was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the entire family. We enjoyed fishing in the pond, golfing right on the property, and sitting on the screened porch in the evening. The beach was a short drive away. The owner was very kind and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this house at Salt Pond.

Great Bethany Beach VRBO

Not only was the home great but it was very quiet and peaceful stay. We saw turtles, deer, and a heron on the pond while we were visiting. Super quick to local shopping and just down the street from the beaches and boardwalk. We look forward to our next visit and hope this vrbo rental will be available.

Family Vacation 4 generations together for a week

The property is well maintained(beautiful house) and everything is available that is needed. We enjoyed the chance to return to this house for a family vacation. The owners are very nice and take the time to answer any questions about the house and area. Hope to return in the future.

Great family vacation close to the beach and beautiful scenic views from the deck!

This was our first experience with VRBO, the rental was everything as explained and hoped for during our stay! Morning and evening scenic views from the deck watching wildlife had us in awe. Daily, we traveled to the inlet and enjoyed the ocean comfortably in our rental chairs with a full service restaurant right there. It was an absolutely wonderful Vacation for all ages. What a joy from the Covid duldrum :)

EXCELLENT place to stay.

We loved our stay here.. It is quiet and relaxing. The bedrooms had plenty of space and very comfortable. The outdoor enclosed patio was a great place to sit and relax at night. It is super close drive to the beach and a lot of things to do. Stephen was always just a text away and responsive. My family and I had a wonderful time and are already planning to come back and stay next summer. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend this place!

Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing location

Family Vacation

House had a wonderful view of pond. We enjoyed seeing the deer, eagles, and heron on the pond each morning.(very quiet) Bike riding in the development and on trail in woods were fantastic. Trips to beach were fun. The pool was closed(due to covid) so we missed that a activity this year. Grocery store close has everything. The house was well decorated and well maintained. Living room area is larger than pictures portray so that was pleasant surprise. Owners were very considerate and answered any questions and renters manual provided information on local to places to eat. This was my first vacation with married children and grandkids and we hope to return to same house next year as everyone said they hoped it would be available.
