Spectacular View Villa 5 min from Zona Romantica

Located in the hills of Conchas Chinas you will find Villa Jazmin. Spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and Los Arcos greet you as you enter this luxury property. This villa is in an exclusive residential area of bougainvillea draped cobblestone winding streets of Conchas Chinas known as "the Beverly Hills" of Puerto Vallarta. It is a 5 minute drive to old town, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. One of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas, is a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by taxi.

Villa Jazmin boasts unique architecture featuring marble, cantera, brick cupolas, stained glass, original Mexican art and numerous terraces that showcase the expansive bay, mountain and cobblestone vistas.

Upon entering the private courtyard you will be greeted by a lush tropical garden. Entering the villa, guests are welcomed with direct pool and ocean views. Mexican inspired furnishings are combined with colorful and whimsical original art. The open concept and center brick cupola inspire an elegant yet intimate experience. Sleep comfortably in one the four large king sized beds featuring high quality 100% cotton linens and bedding. Our guests routinely remark that they love how cozy it feels, while being very spacious with over 9,000 feet of indoor and outdoor living.

You will find you'll spend most of your time hanging out on the large terrace. You will enjoy watching the whales jumping in the Banderas Bay in season while relaxing in the expansive outdoor living spaces which are appreciated by both sun or shade lovers. There is plenty of seating and a shaded dining area. The infinity salt water pool is highlighted by a dramatic waterfall from the second story balcony while the lions fountains sit regally framing the spectacular views. The ocean views extend all the way to Los Arcos at Mismaloya and there are many birds flying through the trees, including parrots, frigates, pelicans and macaws. The winding cobblestone street and lush green mountains make a stunning backdrop to the blue of the ocean and fabulous sunsets.

Our manager/concierge will ensure your stay is individualized for your interests and activity level. Villa Jazmin includes 6 day per week (no Sunday unless it’s a check in or check out day)maid service and our cook will prepare two authentic and delicious meals daily, either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner (cost of food at guest expense) so you can truly be pampered. Please note the meal needs to be the same for everyone but our chef can accommodate any allergies or vegetarian restrictions). The cost of food is the responsibility if the guest and is reimbursed per grocery trip. Additional personal shopping requests are charged a $25 USD FEE.

For refreshments, the villa boasts both an indoor wine bar as well as the outdoor terrace “Berto’s Cantina” and BBQ, both equally enjoyable for day or evening entertaining. The cantina has outdoor dining and bar stools, perfect for enjoying poolside cocktails and meals in the tropical air. Due to ocean breezes, there is very little concern for mosquitoes so you can enjoy fabulous sunsets in comfort.

Music is enjoyed throughout the villa via a SONOS sound system which you will be able to personalize using your own smart mobile device. While very little TV is watched by most guests, the television room has a large flat screen TV with a wide selection US standard and premium channels plus Netflix, etc. TV is also available in the master bedroom. Of course there is fiber optic WIFI throughout the entire villa and outdoor areas. The house features ceiling fans in addition to full air conditioning throughout for your comfort. The water is filtrated with a UV system and is safe to drink.

Each bedroom has it’s own personality and are all equally desirable, all with king size beds, ocean view balconies, and en-suite marble baths with dual sinks. This home is perfect for couples and friends traveling together as all rooms are private and equal in amenities.

Jungle bedroom - This festive room is so named for it’s unique stained glass windows and tropical painted armoire. The decor incorporates authentic items collected from travels both locally and abroad. This bedroom is on the main floor and has direct pool and patio access. Perfect for those with mobility issues as no stairs are required to access it.

Flower bedroom - The lily stained glass window is the inspiration for the floral decor. This cozy room features a gorgeous private balcony and garden with vistas looking directly towards the jungle, mountains and bay including the famous Los Arcos rock formations at Mismaloya beach in the distance.

Ocean bedroom - The decor here is an ocean palate of sand and the sea. The curved balcony is the perfect place to soak in the views of Banderas Bay, Conchas Chinas beach and the pool from above making it a guest favorite!

Romantic bedroom - This room is a slightly larger than the rest so it is considered the master suite. Cupid will watch over you as you sleep restfully in a room incorporating custom made Mexican artisan furniture with a rustic vibe. The room also has a wonderful view balcony with seating area for enjoying the ocean or reading a book.

Take advantage of the winding stone path leading from the courtyard down to the newly installed garden and palapa below. A work in progress (just created in 2020), this area is being planted with fruit trees, shade palms and native flowers to hopefully be enjoyed many years to come. A fun place to grab a cocktail and sit in the swinging chairs under the palapa.

Our concierge will help arrange airport pick up, greet you, and familiarize you with the villa and staff. He is available for anything you may need during your stay. This includes anything from in-house massages/pedicures, to many types of outdoor activities, including sailing, whale watching or snorkeling excursions. We can also arrange in-house wine or tequila tasting. He will be in contact with you prior to arrival to pre-stock the refrigerator, obtain your flight information and inquire about any special occasions. All you need to do is relax and enjoy yourselves knowing you are in his capable hands.

There are SO many wonderful ways to explore Puerto Vallarta, from the amazing Botanical Gardens, to whale watching, fishing, zip lining, food and art tours, snorkeling, sailing, etc., there is something for everyone in Vallarta. Villa Jazmin is a perfect place for adult friends, family or special celebrations. This property is not appropriate for loud events such as spring break or bachelor parties in consideration of our neighbors. We require guests to bring down the noise level by 10:00pm. The maximum guests is 8 persons. Additional overnight guests not pre approved will be subject to removal from the home. Approved overnight guests are subject to a $50 per night charge per person.

Established area of multi million dollar villas, we are located 5 minute by taxi or Uber from old town, and 15 minutes to south beaches. It is very safe and there is security outside and inside the villa. The villa is located on the hill, allowing for amazing unobstructed vistas. You can walk to the beach below (10 minutes) or walk into town (20 minutes). Or easily taxi/Uber where you need to go. There is a boutique hotel three doors away (Ochos Cascadas) where taxis are readily available. The bus line is on the hwy at the neighborhood’s two entrances.

“Villa Jazmin is superb, perhaps more than the pictures suggest. It is located in a community of luxury villas in the heights of the Conchas Chinas district. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a three-minute drive away. Several very beautiful beaches are near the villa. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The villa is spacious and very well appointed. You quickly feel at home. Everything is there: the swimming pool, large and clean (and the water is very hot!), The terrace, large and well appointed (and there are very few mosquitoes, which I really appreciated), the bedding, very comfortable and the kitchen, complete for cooking. The air conditioning works very well. In the evening we would relax watching a movie or listening to music. The staff are efficient, discreet and charming. I recommend this villa without hesitation.
