LUXURY 5 STAR 7200 SQ FT VILLA WITH PREMIER LOCATION TO BEACH AND TOWN

VILLA FRANCISCO is the sister property to our other 5 star property VILLA SANTA FE #772040 and is located 1/3 mile south of established old town Puerto Vallarta. The Villa is in a prime location and overlooks the entire bay, town, jungle and beaches. We are a short ten minute walk to the beach and a short 15 minute walk to the old historical area or a 3 minute cab ride. We are surrounded by private gardens and jungle. The property is gated, private and secure. The Villa is directly above Los Muertos beach, the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. We are a 10 minute walk to Blue Chairs or Manta mar Resorts. We are close to shopping, restaurants, markets and the Malecon and feature unbelievable sunsets and nightly fireworks from the Maragalante pirate ship. The villa is fully airconditioned throughout. Five master suites with private bathrooms and showers and 3 with marble soaking tubs. One master suite includes oversized Jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and a romantic garden and an outdoor shower. The bedrooms also include safes for your valuables. The pool area includes a large infinity pool, palapa bar with large stainless steel BBQ, wet bar and chaise lounges. we also have WIFI and a bluetooth sound system. Our rates include a chef, sous chef, a full service maid,(who does your laundry ), a poolman/gardener and a complimentary concierge service to assist in any of your personal needs. Our concierge will contact you two weeks before your arrival and will send a pre-arrival questionnaire asking for arrival times, number and names of all guests as well as a shopping list for how you would like the villa stocked upon your arrival i.e.; liquor, snacks, food,fruit and any other items you may request. The chef service includes any two meals per day i.e.; breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner and will present actual cost receipts for all purchased items. There is an additional $30.00 daily shopping/service fee for days the chef shops. We also charge $25 per person per meal for EXTRA INVITED GUESTS above 10 as well as a $50 per day fee for additional guests who stay. We provide robes for all of our guests and place fresh local flowers throughout the villa. Upon your arrival you will be greeted with fresh margaritas, guacamole, salsa, chips and a fresh vegetable platter. Please read all of the reviews from past guest comments and review all of the 29 pictures. We require a 7 day minimum booking for Christmas and New Years weeks.

The internet is terrible…goes in and out often plus slow, beds not comfortable, the floors were dirty, lots of bugs, very little hot water, mega hill, outdoor fridge was broke but repaired after couple days…some drivers wouldn’t go up hill. The Chef Tina is 5 star and excellent.

Beautiful villa with great staff!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Francisco. The property is beautiful, and the house was very spacious. The staff was great at helping us with excursions and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

PV winter escape

We had the vacation of a lifetime. The villa was amazing and chef and staff were the best we could ask for. Cannot top this experience. Owner and manager were easiest to work with and provided a 5 star experience.

Amazing!!

Eight of my close friends and I stayed here for my birthday at the end of March. Toni, the concierge, made sure everything we requested was there for us when we arrived. The location of the house makes for some beautiful sunsets looking out over the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience! I'd love to stay here again!

Great Private Location in PV!

House is even more impressive in person! If you want to vacation like the Housewives of Beverly Hills this is it. Tina and the staff was wonderful, food was great. Views are unparalleled. Short walk down to beach, Blue Chairs, Mantamar or town. We will definitely be back.

We were welcomed by the owner and the concierge at the Villa with Appetizers & pitcher of margaritas

Loved Tina, the chef and Maria, the housekeeper. Meals were prepared to accommodate all dietary restrictions, fresh and delicious twice a day. We relaxed, enjoyed the pool, being together & the pampering. We will be back.

Great stay!

The property was really nice, lots of space, infinity pool, great staff that cooked immediate meals! House is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and house is at the top of a very steep hill that cabs struggle to get to and difficult to walk up. Rooms have a/c and really nice but living room does not and could get humid at times. Overall house was really nice and accommodated 8 people easily.

Incredible spacious villa with outstanding staff

A group of 10 of our friends stayed here for the past 5 days and it was incredible from start to finish. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff greeted us with appetizers and the owner, Richard, even prepared and served us welcome cocktails himself and chatted with us. Tina, the cook, was phenomenal and accomodated two events in which we hosted a large group of 20-30 people for a pool party and then dinner. We had breakfast served every day, and while we could have asked them to serve either lunch or dinner as well, we often ate out. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again !

Unbelieveable views and service

Tina, Richard, Toni, Mari and Tofu treated us like royalty. Everything we asked for, we got. When we has a shower drain issue, they immediately fixed it. Any travel arrangements or activities needed, they arranged. Its like the best resort and the best concierge! Oceanview was wonderful, food was great, pool was perfection! Wish we were still there!

Simply perfect.

A stay here is absolute perfection. The Villa is beautiful and grand, huge living spaces where you can gather for drinks and food. The view is breathtaking and Los Muertos beach below is equally wonderful with a great atmosphere and food. But the 5 stars overwhelmingly goes to Tina and her team who cooked us breakfast every day and dinner most nights and surpassed our expectations, the most enormous mahi mahi, coconut prawns, fragrant rice served in coconut shells,refried beans, steak and chicken fajitas, fried plantain...the list goes on. Tina you have given us memories that will stay with us forever. We came all the way from London and we would do it again in a heartbeat. The Hammond Family

Amazing 5oth Birthday Celebration

I cant say enough about the exceptional service at Villa Francisco. Richard & Tina couldn't be lovelier and more welcoming. The food Tina prepared for us daily was in a word "yummy". She is truly a gem and her different styles of cooking were all amazing. From Italian to Seafood and of course Mexican, Everything was expertly prepared and artfully arranged and served. The maid service was thorough and yet our privacy was always considered. The little touches and extra service are obvious and we all felt pampered during our entire stay. My friends and I cant wait to go back! Villa Francisco and Puerto Vallarta will forever be at the top of my list of "Best Vacations" Thank you again Richard, Tina and your entire amazing staff.

Paradise in PV !

Thank you Richard Toni and Tina and all the amazing staff at Villa Francisco ! We had the best family holiday because of your hospitality and thoughtfulness . A very easy house to relax in and all meals were taken care of efficiently and professionally by Tina Pablo and Alex . Our favourites were the fish and the Vietnamese dinners .. hard to have a favourite really . The Villa is situated just the right distance from the PV hub and beach . Toni organised 4 brilliant massage therapists with short notice and checked on our needs regularly throughout our stay . ( as did Richard ) Thanks for the welcome Margaritas and guacamole and great stories Richard !! Thanks also Richard for helping us out with your local knowledge . We would definitely recommend Villa Francisco !

Villa Francisco - Golf stay

Have stayed in this villa for the past two years and have enjoyed the trip each time. The housekeeper is wonderful and the chef provided was accommodating to our schedules as well as prepared fabulous meals that would rival many fine restaurants across the globe. The villa itself is perfect. The space is well thought out and the bathrooms are phenomenal. Linens are luxurious, pool is refreshing and the kitchen is high end. The proximity to downtown PVR is close and only about 15-20 minutes from the marina. Would definitely rent the villa again when I'm back in PVR. It's really the only way to travel. Toni the villa concierge iwas very helpful as well. We submitted a shopping list about a week before arrival and all was there waiting for our arrival. Simply splendid.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Villa Franscisco

Our family of six adults and four children recently enjoyed an incredible vacation at Villa Franscisco, and it was even more beautiful and spacious than we had imagined! The warm pool, stunning outdoor living area, and the dazzling art throughout the house created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.The primary suite on the top level offered breathtaking 180-degree views of the bay and the lush jungle surrounding the property. We particularly loved the outdoor shower nestled in a lovely garden area – a truly unique experience!Toni and Richard were exceptionally helpful and responsive both before and during our visit, making our stay seamless. A special shout-out to Chef Tina and her kitchen crew, who prepared delicious meals served with beautiful table settings. Tina's personable approach and the team's dedication truly enhanced our experience.All housekeeping, dishwashing, and laundry were taken care of, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We explored the Romantic Zone and beyond daily. While the steep, curved driveway and numerous steps to the beach and shops provided a workout, it was absolutely worth the effort, as all but one of us was able to enjoy exploring Puerto Vallarta.. We all agreed that we wholeheartedly recommend Villa Franscisco!

Great Time at Villa Francisco

Villa Francisco is a fabulous place for a stay in Puerto Vallarta. We were there with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the pool with gorgeous views and the top-notch accommodations. Best of all is the staff who are always available to take care of anything you might need. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged and handled perfectly. Chef Tina and her staff cooked us two fantastic dinners at the villa and wonderful breakfasts every morning. One comment I would make is that three of the bedrooms faced the ocean and were quite luxurious. The two bedrooms in the back were much smaller and shared a bathroom. This arrangement would be fine for kids but wasn't ideal for adults. The road up from the main highway is very steep and challenging on foot or even for some cars but it can be done and adds to the adventure.

Simply Unforgettable Experience

You’ll fall in love with Villa Francisco. Tucked up above the Zona Romantica, you’ll have a bird’s eye view of all Puerto Vallarta has to offer as you sip homemade margaritas in the infinity pool. I was mesmerized from the first moment my group met Toni, the villa’s concierge, at the door. We were offered a full tour with fresh margaritas waiting for us at the poolside bar. Toni was kind, accommodating, and cheerful. Chef Tina became the group’s MVP for the week. The breakfasts were delicious, filling, and just what you need to start your day at the beach, shopping, or laying poolside. If you choose dinner service, and you should opt for the dinners, Tina’s listed special’s are a special experience all their own. The Paella, Fresh Mahi Mahi, and Coconut Shrimp were group favorites and beautifully prepared, with delicious fresh sauces to accompany the mains. You might comeback just for Tina’s meals.The staff were polite and respectful. The massage and facial services were top notch. We suggest enjoying the spa services on the shaded outdoor deck.Accessing this property may be challenging given the steep incline of the drive way up to the villa. Our crew made light of it and used it as a daily workout; but ensure you rent a vehicle or call a ride that can make it up the drive way. We had several taxis that could not manage the climb with their vehicle. But once you enjoy the villa, you may never want to leave.

Amazing house, pool, meals and hospitality

We did not know what to expect when we made the reservation but the villa is exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO. It is a beautiful place and a great location for a family vacation. Upon arrival we were greeted by Richard and his welcome margarita reception, followed by a most delicious chicken enchilada dinner. This was an ideal venue in which to celebrate our parents' anniversary. The festivities included a superb dinner prepared by chef Tina and her staff, the wonderful anniversary cake, the surprise visit by the mariachi quintet and the piñata. We were all very impressed by the villa itself, the scenery, the outdoor living room and pool (always refreshing) and the memorable, delicious, and visually impressive breakfasts and dinners. We have tried to make the breakfast smoothies at home but Tina's and Anna’s are much better. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the scenery while eating breakfast. We took advantage of the walking/running opportunities on the beach and the Malecon. All in all, it was a memorable vacation for the entire family and we owe a deep debt of gratitude to Richard, Tonie, Tina, Anna, Krisla and Jose for their roles in contributing to a great week. Best Villa Ever!

• Our stay at Villa Francisco was incredible and could not have been better. Upon arrival we were stunned, the Villa had enormous views of the city, bay, ocean, and jungle – the view at sunset was especially breathtaking. The website pictures don’t do the Villa justice (and they are excellent), it is one of the nicest properties I have stayed. Our jaws were on the floor when we walked in, the place really is first class. The top floor master bedroom is gigantic – the walk in closet is huge itself. The other bedrooms are a very nice with king size beds and balconies and would be considered a suite by most standards. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our every need was met. We had a party of 7 and stayed for a week. Day after day they worked hard to ensure the place was kept spotless, our laundry was done, any supplies were fetched, the pool was cleaned…and last but not least the meals were prepared and presented beautifully by Tina who was so very gracious and kind – we all wanted to take her home with us. Anything we asked for we got, the entire staff was truly amazing. I would highly recommend Villa Francisco to anyone and look forward to going back.

The best part of your PV trip will be this villa

I came to PV with a group of 10 friends to celebrate my birthday. All of us were completely blown away by how gorgeous all the living spaces, bedrooms and the pool facility were. When you enter this villa you really feel like you're in for a great vacation. Highlights: - There are 5 bedrooms...3 of which are full-blown master suites and leave nothing to be desired. The other 2 are connected, share a bathroom, and are great for the people in your group who won't get grumpy not getting a master ;) - The pool area is INSANE. The picture here doesn't even fully capture how peaceful and inspiring the view is. You'll spend the majority of your day/night here. - Take Richard/Tina up on the plus-up services. We had massages and a yoga teacher come in during two mornings. There are little luxuries here that really make you feel like you've had a special time. The one head's up: - The hill it takes to get to the villas are very steep. My group and I had no problems getting up and down it but if someone in your party is disabled or hurt it will be challenging. My group and I actually used it to work-out every day which made for a very fun vacation work out! My group and I are already planning on coming back next year and staying at more facilities run by Richard and Tina. Thank you so much...it was the best vacation i've ever had!
