Excellent Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Can’t say enough about how comfortable this place is. We stayed during the 4th of July and was able to watch the annual Fireworks Show from our condo! The best and our family loves it. Will stay again!

Annual family vacation

Condo was very nice clean and spacious n near the beach. The bbq was great and balcony was a nice place to sit n unwind! Disappointed that one shower was not working and was advised thru phone message that I would receive compensation/refund but no amount was mentioned. Overall it was a beautiful unit. Thank you!

Pismo Beach great find...

My two girl friends and I wanted a nice updated two bedroom two bath condo near the beach. This was the perfect location as we could walk the short distance to Pier area along the beach. It was on the third floor (with elevator) and very modern with patio and view of ocean. The ground level secure parking made it easy to come and go. There were some very minor issues like lights that needed to be replaced and maybe more ice trays since there was not an ice maker. Over all this was a great location and fun area for a vacation!

I have purchased 4 ice trays as a result of your feedback that are at the condo effective now. Additionally- I am having all lights replaced that were out. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable ,

Wow! What more can I say? This has to be one of the better Pismo trips my family has been on. In the past we have stayed at hotels which were nice, however this condo was such a pleasant surprise. Not only do you get the comfort of having plenty of space, it is also within walking distance to the beach. The view from the balcony is so pleasant, the street is quiet, and you have security as well. If I could, I’d rate this condo more than 5 stars. Truly amazing place and not only would we come back, I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Location was the only positive of this one night stay. Accessing the property was difficult and directions were not clear at all. No one responded to my calls as we were having difficulty nor have they responded to date. Bed was unmade, no towels, not cleaned pizza boxes trash and bathrooms not clean. I want to be refunded for all the inconveniences and says sleeps 8 four to a bed? Only two beds one was unmade?? I want a call back ASAP!!

Sleeping setup: The listing details note two pull-out sofa beds (sleep 2 each) in addition to the two standard beds—total capacity 8 without anyone sharing four to a bed. What a great place to stay at Pismo!

This is one of the best stocked vrbo's tuhat I have ever stayed in! Plenty of towels, linens, TP, coffee, etc. The secure parking on ground level was an added bonus! The unit was very clean and communication with the property manager was good. I would not hesitate to book this property whenever we go back!

Quiet, safe, well appointed beach view Condo

Such an easy, quiet, and well appointed updated Condo literally steps from Beach entry and a block from pier, shops, restaurants. Loved the gated garage numbered parking spot to assure easy parking. Ample space and working elevator to reach spacious top floor condo. Easy for my child using a wheelchair to access and move around the condo. Bathroom was not true ADA but the listing didn’t promise that and curbless shower worked just fine. The only drawback came when we asked on our first if 3 nights if we could extend our stay a night. The owner was not too busy to answer us except to say she was too busy to help modify our Trip in VRBO to change the length of stay, and her nice assistant was not empowered to change it either. Owner came up with a solution 2 hours before checkout on Day 3 when noone else had booked the 3-night minimum property. Then she suddenly had a solution. We had already packed up so declined the offer. Other than that, we loved the stay. Condo was updated, everything worked well, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sleeping to sounds of the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property in a great location

This is a private property, with great views, and is very close to the beach. The kitchen was equipped well. All appliances worked well, and the property manager sought us help to answer one question in a timely manner. One day the furniture will be ready for a refresh. But it’s okay for now.

Melinda the manager never returned dozens of calls

We couldn’t find parking because the remote that opened gate for underground parking was broken and they knew about it because previous client left note telling them it was broken. I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes until someone was able to open it afterwards they put up signs on elevators not to use. Worst of all property manager Melinda never returned any calls. Beautiful place but terrible service

Excellent property - would definitely return!

Unit is very spacious with lots of natural light. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels etc. Only thing was several burned out light bulbs, we found extra bulbs in the closet but we’re unable to reach the lights, also bedside lamp in one bedroom is broke. Found a table top ironing board but no iron? Other than those few things the unit was great and we would definitely rent again. Location is perfect!

FABULOUS VACATION!!!!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING condo for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had 2 couples, a 2-year-old, and 2 other adults. There are 2 very large master suites and 2 couch’s that fold out into very comfy Queen beds. It was a perfect place to stay right on the ocean with a cute balcony overlooking the ocean. I have already given the information to 2 friends to book the property. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family or a group of friends, right on the ocean this is the perfect place for you! I plan to come back and stay again!!!

Just what the doctor ordered….

We spent an extended weekend in Pismo celebrating a birthday with our family and my parents. The property was perfect and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pier.

Complete Disappointment

Renata, the owner, ASKED me to write her documentation of my review to submit to her HR contact, as she AGREED it was a horrible experience, and as things transpired, I only came to find she was also completely unprofessional. We booked this property well in advance, paying over $9K in full, and even spoke to the property manager Melinda who assured us it would be a flawless covid-healthy experience and vacation. Upon arrival on July 3, 2021, we arrived to a complete disaster. We left at 7am that morning with small kids in the backseat, and arrived at 4:30pm. When I went to the unit to get the garage door opener (my husband stayed in our packed car and ornery kids), I arrived to complete disgust. The place was an absolute mess, and I have photos to prove it. Clearly, the cleaning services never arrived, and I was incredibly turned off seeing the place dirty, that I cannot get that out of my head. And with covid! If you were a mother during covid how would you feel with your babies staying in someplace less than par... for $9K?! Regardless, I called Melinda in panic. Her immediate response was to panic as well, without hearing my dismay. She told me there was a mixup with the cleaning services (obviously) and that she would get a cleaner in. However, throughout our entire conversation, she never once had compassion for our situation- being in the car, seeing the place in filth, paying thousands for a disastrous arrival, etc. We were the victims, being treated in an unbelievable manner, and having paid so much money. On top of it, the cleaning lady arrived with her "assistant," who happened to be her HUSBAND... no masks, etc. I don't know how much they really cleaned as I did a clean over after and have photos to prove even more filth from my cleaning (I sent the photos to Melinda and she never replied). Also, there was still laundry in the machine, so I took it to myself to finish up. All in all, a terrible experience which really set the tone for the property and our long awaited vacation. Throughout our stay, Renata told us that she was too busy to "deal with us due to running a million-dollar company," and to contact her handyman with all concerns. When the washer stopped working (numerous times during spin cycle), he told US to bang it, unplug it, etc. We PAID for a working washer. I am appalled by the lack of care, kindness and professionalism. I do not recommend dealing with Renata's properties AT ALL.

Awesome beach getaway

We had an amazing stay with our two little boys! Property is literally steps from the sand, it was SPOTLESS when we arrived and the decor and furniture are nice and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, too, which never happens at rentals. Communication was excellent. We would absolutely come back.

Perfect Location

Very clean condo with all of the amenities that you could need! Melinda was wonderful at responding and helping. The location is far enough away from the busy, crowded downtown area but within a short walking distance. The beach is right there! It is close enough to the ocean to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Would love to stay again!

A Great Place!!!

This condo is perfect for two couples with its two master suites. I love “new” and everything in the condo seems new. It’s in great shape and super clean. The best part is being able to be in bed and listen to the waves!!! It’s a block off the beach, but you can see the ocean from the balcony and (if you sit in the right seat) from the dining room table. It’s within walking distance of everything in downtown Pismo Beach. We loved our long walks on the beach every morning. We’d definitely go back!!!

This property is steps from the sand and one of the best surf spots in Pismo Beach. It is walking distance from downtown Pismo Beach and all the local spots. The lighting is spectacular and the vaulted ceilings are super elegant. I love it here!

This property has a great ocean view and is steps from the sand. It is walking distance to just about every major attraction in Pismo Beach. The condo was completely remodeled when we purchased it and we fell in love with the elegance. The condo has gorgeous lighting inside and has a warm welcoming feeling. I fell in love with the condo after watching an amazing sunset on our balcony. I knew this was the right place for us.
