The condo is on a DEAD END ROAD so there is no heavy traffic and this complex is very family-friendly. Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Restaurant are very close for food and music - sit in a chair night or day and relax. Apache Pier is just a short walk down the beach for food, an arcade, and fishing. Also, more fishing in the marsh causeway is located just across the street. Nearby: Small shops and Flip Flops Restaurant/Bar- 3' minute walk, grocery stores, Walmart and multiple restaurants within minutes, Arcadian Golf Course and Tanger Outlets- 5', Barefoot Landing- 10' and Broadway at the Beach- 15'.
