APATB III Building 2 Unit 2-A The unit is a front row ocean view condo on the second floor facing the pool. It is locted two building units from Sands Ocean Club and Ocean Annie's beach bar at 9530 Shore Drive. Beautiful Ocean view 2 Bed Room 2 Bath Condo can sleep 6 on beds (One King , One Roll Out Full Bed and Two Twin Beds) and 7th on a couch. LINENS and TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. There may also be leftover umbrellas, skim boards, and beach chairs available for your use.

This is a beach side condo on the first row offering a quiet family friendly area close to North Myrtle Beach, SC with a great view of the ocean from the balcony on the second floor of a 3 story complex. There are no elevators. The adress is:

The property is conveniently located 1 mile from Tanger Outlets. Ocean Annie’s - an ocean front bar with free live music and dancing on the beach is just two doors down. You can enjoy an early morning walk to the pier half a mile away, fishing off of the pier or deep sea fishing and dining at the tastiest sea food restaurants. Broadway shows, Dixie Stampede and Alabama Theater are a short drive away.

The kitchen is fully stocked and towels, soap, linen and dish soap is provided, but personal necessities like extra toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste and beach chairs are not provided. 3 television sets, Bluetooth speaker, Wi Fi, wave boards, beach chairs and umbrella may be available for use.

Due to insurances purposes, cannot rent condo to anyone with a non-US mailing address.

If you CANCEL and your days are booked by someone else, you WILL BE fully REFUNDED.

No security deposit is required, however you would be responsible for any damage to the property due during your stay. The house cleaner(s) inspect for damage and negligence between each visit. - Thank You -

Property has bizarre fencing that makes it difficult to walk to nearby restaurants etc. Parking lot gets flooded. Guard station at entrance to parking lot isn’t used and should be removed. Was strange that property owner asked us to send them reminders to provide property entry information.

Wonderful location and kind host

This is a wonderful location if you’re looking to stay right by the beach. It is closest to the parking lot. Samer was incredibly kind and helpful when we required assistance. We did encounter a few bugs in the condo during our stay which was unfortunate. The floor does make a good bit of noise when you step on it which was a bit stressful with two small children sleeping.

Family vacation

Had an amazing stay at this condo! We love this area! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and the location to all the attractions and shops was perfect! Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

The place was clean and comfortable. Location of unit was perfect on second floor at the front. Owners have great communication with renters, all questions answered quickly and very friendly.

The vacation from bleep bleep!

Our vacation was terrible because of hurricane/ tropical storm Debby. 6 days of heavy rain, flooding and some stores not open. Didn't want to leave because we had paid a lot of money and would lose all of it because there was no mandatory evacuation. The condo was very nice but that was it. The owner did call and check on us , which was nice.

The perfect beach getaway

We go to Myrtle Beach often but our previous rental was no longer available and we needed to find a new one. This gem did not disappoint. It was clean, updated, and right on the beach. Samer was the ultimate host- easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Steps away from the beach

The location and view of this property was just what we were looking for! I traveled with small children so the beach being right off the condo was amazing! It made the hauling of chairs and sand toys a breeze, and a quick trip back for lunchtime. The balcony viewed the pool where my kids would play and of course had a close view of the ocean! The condo itself was equipped with everything you needed and loved the storage racks in the kitchen for all the snacks we had. Overall a very easy check in and check out process and we certainly will be back!

Great Getaway

I read some reviews that mentioned the Condo being dated; while some may see the property as dated, it was very clean and well kept. We had a seamless check in and check out process; the owner was very nice and easy to reach, the beach view was amazing, and the beach access even better, the people in the area were great and super friendly, we had my one year old grandson with us and he was safe and happy, the Condo was very kid friendly! We’re already planning another visit in May! Check it out for yourself…you won’t be disappointed!!

Golf vacation

Adequate lodging for 2 golf buddies. Property is an older condo but nicely furnished. Unit itself is somewhat dated but knew that going in. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Cozy and convenient

We had another great stay at this condo. We were there for two weeks this time and dined at a few restaurants we’ve never been to before. The weather was beautiful, and the condo was great! The owners are nice and accommodating.

Great place!

This place is just about perfect. The roll away bed is no good tho, please invest in a fold out couch. That would be much better. That roll away bed has had it and my kids were uncomfortable on it all week. Other than that, the location and the place are great. The place is out dated and the smaller bedroom is pretty warm but it’s liveable. I still think there’s got to be a better solution for air conditioning in there, but it’s not a deal breaker. Thank you for an easy check in/out. And everything else was really good! Walking to the beach is a breeze! We had a nice stay!

We have been coming to this location since I was a child with my parents and brothers. Our kids have been coming to this condo since they were born. My oldest took his first steps at the condo and my youngest learned how to swim there.

My Dad was 90 and decided to give the condo to my brother and I on April 2, 2015 and wants the condo willed to our kids decades from now. So after many years of neglect, we aggressively renovated it to something we can be proud of, build new memories, and have our adult children begin to build their memories.

We hope that you can build everlasting memories with your families and enjoy the best North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

...as you get older and look back at your childhood memories, the memories that stand out most are the family ties and relationships nurtured during family vacations. This condo is my brothers and my memories as a child, my children's memories along with my nieces' childhood memories. Hope that it will also garner special memories for your family.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Family friendly with an evening party atmosphere at two different pools and near by world famous Ocean Annie's beach bar. Minutes from Tanger Discount Outlets for those rainy days, 15 min walk to the pier for a awesome southern breakfast, and a nice stroll on the beach to the inlet to watch the high and low tides change the landscape bringing a daily abundance of seashells and sharks-teeth to sift through.

Across the street from the condo you will find a convenient shopping area for any items that were forgotten along with an alcohol store, ice cream, shopping area for souvenirs and the best wings on the strip.
