Renovations include new living room and kitchen walls, furniture, televisions in each room, stainless steel appliances, backsplash, granite counter tops, and all new recessed lighting. Bathrooms have all new vanities, mirrors, and lighting.
Fantastic end unit on quiet Shore Drive. Lots of windows and deck to watch the ocean and pool. Free wi-fi, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and totally furnished. Step out of this amazing condo and walk approximately 450 feet to spectacular views of the beach. The best part, no crossing roads and the view of the beach is constant.

The condo has a private gated swimming pool and BBQ pits where beach views are unobstructed. It offers a location where you are within several miles of Myrtle Beach attractions including but not limited to; Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, theaters, Broadway at the Beach and so many more.

If driving is not in order, Ocean Annie's outdoor bar and lazy river is a two minute walk on the beach. In addition the straw market which has any last minute conveniences is a short walk.

Fabulous

Very clean and nicely remodeled condo on Shore Drive. Very convenient location- steps away from the beach and pool. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I definitely will return. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Nice place on the beach

This is a nice place on the beach. We enjoyed our time very much. While there one of the air conditioners conked out and the owners were very responsive in getting a new one installed. The only downside was no bed linens or towels. Those take a lot of extra space in your suitcase.

Great beach location

Great location and view-would book at this location again just on 1st floor -Few things at the property that were a negative -had to take linens this was a big downer due to limited travel space -loud AC -bathtub and shower needs update and good cleaning -3rd floor ended being to much for me and my husband -but I knew when I booked so that was not surprise

Great place, close enough to things but still quiet

Beautiful condo, very well decorated and furnished. The breeze from the ocean is wonderful on the balcony and cools the unit nicely. There is air conditioning also, if needed.

Nice Condo

Very nice condo. We love this building and try to stay in this particular building every year when we vacation in MB. Not as crowded. The condo was very nice and decorated very well. King bed was very comfortable. They did a great job with the updates. I would say the only drawback were the bathrooms. The master bathroom is very tiny. The size of a small closet. The shower was not very functional due to how small everything was. It was ok for us, because it was just my husband and myself, so we used the hall bath. The hall bath had no towel racks or hooks, so hanging towels and bathing suits was interesting. It was a nice condo and that wouldn't stop us from renting again. Just wish the bathrooms were more user friendly.

Wonderful vacation!

The only thing I did not realize when booking the trip was that we would be on the third floor in a building with no elevators. I think that should be in the description. I was fortunate to be traveling with teenagers to help unload and load. I just thought about other people who may not have been able to unload easily.

Beautiful place for a vacation!

Very nice condo with all required amenities located by a beautiful beach. Ideal for our vacation as we wanted to spend some time with friends of us in the same complex but also have our privacy with this great condo! Owners very responsive to inquiries.

A Place At The Beach III

Beautifully updated end unit condo on third (top) floor only steps from the beach! Unit was clean and well stocked. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Great location in North Myrtle Beach. Great views of the ocean and the marsh. Swimming pools were being resurface while we were there. Owners were always accessible and accomodating. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to take the family

I found this property on VRBO and was able to rent it for a week with ease, and at a price I was comfortable with. The process was very easy on my phone. When we got to the condo, the place was very clean and just the right size for my family. (My wife and I, and 3 small children). I really enjoyed how comfortable and beach-like the condo was. The new appliances in the kitchen were definitely a good investment. Thanks for having us and we hope to come back soon.

Amazing condo!

The condo is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have asked for nicer, more comfortable accomodations. Location is perfect also. Close to shopping, and restaurants, many within walking distance. We highly recommend this property.

Great location

Renovated condo is in a great location and comfortable except for 2nd bedroom. Very uncomfortable beds - this room needs a simple update. Otherwise, loved the condo.

Thank you for your feed back. We simply ran out time with the remolding of the condo after our purchase. We could not replace the two beds without causing inconvenience to the already booked renters. We want everyone to enjoy a reasonably price family vacation and will be remolding the second bedroom this October. With the completion of that, we believe we will offer a great vacation site. A great condo steps from the beach and pool

Our family had a wonderful time at APB III. A great remodel and nicely decorated. This condo has a great view of the ocean, marsh and pool. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. This complex is located in a fairly quiet area of the beach and is very family friendly. The only problem we encountered is that the MBR listed the bed as a Queen and when we arrived we discovered it was a King--a quick trip to Marshall's to buy sheets and we were good to go; the mattress was very comfortable. Great water pressure and never ran out of hot water even with everyone taking showers after one another. Also notable is that we never heard any noise from the hallway, street traffic or other outside noise. Parking was very easy as well.

Wonderful holiday!

We had a great holiday at this condo. It has been nicely renovated with a king sized bed in the main bedroom. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

We are from Pennsylvania and have dreamed of having a place at the beach. We searched for years and kept coming back to this condo complex because all it's amenities and family atmosphere. We enjoy the semi private beach with no public access in front of the condo complex, the walks to the pier and the ability to keep our kids in sight from just about anywhere on property.

EXTRA The condo is an end unit that provides awesome views from inside and on the deck. Our family has spent twenty plus years at this condo complex. The short distance to the beach and pool, no traffic and the family atmosphere is unique.
The condo is completely furnished with all that you will need to make your vacation stress free.

The views are amazing from anywhere. The quiet setting and beach access is moments from walking out the door. you can watch kids swim or play from the deck or watch them on the beach from the pool area.
Grills allow cooking outside or if you like to dine out many fabulous restaurants are a short walk or drive from the condo.
