New windows and balcony doors installed March 2023. "There’s no Elevator!!" 2 new AC units Aug 2024. All new Vinyl Plank flooring throughout condo! New smooth top range Jan 2024. Kitchen remodeled January 2016, new cabinets, microwave above range, new hot water heater, new dishwasher and new flooring. Keurig mini brewing system available in condo, requires K-cup. Small air fryer! You can sit on the balcony enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the peaceful sounds of the ocean. Balcony offers amazing sunset views! It is three buildings past(south)of Sands Ocean Club and Ocean Annie's outside beach club and bar and within walking distance to Apache Pier for great fishing. Featuring a fantastic view of the ocean, Dunes golf course and the marsh. It is truly a great condo that makes you feel at home. APATB III is a family complex! No loud noises allowed!! No parties allowed!!! Condo will only sleep 4 adults! Rules and regulations are posted in condo!! Pool closes at 10pm.

Great get away

The condo was a great location. We had a few issues upon arrival and the owners fixed them Immediately. We were very happy with their quick response and would stay at this location again!

Vacation stay july 2021

The stay was amazing, as well as communication with owners. It would have been nice to know ahead of time there was no elevator to get up to the 3rd floor. we had to carry all luggage/groceries/ beach accessories up/down few times a day. We understand it is not the unit manager’s responsibility to install one. The unit could use some updated pots/pans for cooking. Everything else was great!

Perfect location but some issues

Loved the location. Super close to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony of the beach and marsh. Nice pool. The bad: you can tell that this is a rental and that they don’t live or stay there. Mostly small and stupid things. Like the stools don’t match, shelves are crooked, air freshener from 2021. Bigger problems was that the air conditioners were not enough to make the house cool. It wasn’t hot either, but it was less than ideal. The master bedroom smells like mildew. The smell was quite bad and I think it’s coming from the ac unit. They have a dehumidifier but it is too small and it needs emptied every 5 hours or so. Annoying in the middle of the night when it beeps so loud it wakes you up. Other than that, it was clean. No bugs, sheets were clean, floors swept, just those two major things that need fixed. If they fixed this place up a little it would be a 5* place. lol.

Great long weekend.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO rentals over the last 5 years and this unit is by far the best one yet. Pictures really don’t do it justice. It comfortably slept us 5, so 6 is definitely the max. For me, I enjoyed the architecture of the unit. I didn’t feel crammed for space with my crew. We each had our own corner for our belongings. The kitchen was well stocked and they even supplied hand soap and dish soap- that never happens. To me those are as important as TP and PT. 😁 The master bath is small but tolerable. The shower has great space though. One thing I really loved about 3P is the furniture; It seems cared for and not cheap. Which made it easier to enjoy space that wasn’t mine. The beds were comfy, pillows were perfectly fluffy. The secondary room and BR were just as pleasing. No complaints. The room is on the third floor, which you only get to by stairs. I didn’t have a problem with it; however I wasn’t aware there were no elevators. The room has view of the beach from the balcony. You’re right on the beach as you exit the building. You can enter the pool area from either the front of the building or the beach/ back side of building. It was comforting to be able to view the kids at the pool from the beach and also be able to quickly get back to 3P for a rest break straight from the pool. It was overall a wonderful place to stay. Dan and Sheila are awesome hosts with quick correspondence. As many parking spaces I requested that weekend, Sheila accommodated as best she could, which I appreciate! It all worked out and we enjoyed our stay at APATB3! Hope to stay again!

Overall a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price

Pros: The condo is oceanfront. It was cleaned well before arrival and front closet had any beach items we may have forgotten available to use. It is very well equipped in the kitchen and has adequate amounts of storage for food items as well as being recently updated. The bedrooms are spacious and their are two full bathrooms There are laundry facilities on site (while not free it is reasonable cost to wash and dry) Owners are super friendly and very quick to respond Owners provide a dehumidifier. HUGE bonus for me. I have stayed in these condos for three years and that made a giant difference in the moisture levels in the condo. Linen cost are reasonable and gave me PLENTY of sheets and towels for the week even if I would have chosen not to wash. The area is safe and reasonably quiet outside of the bands at Ocean Annies which we go to watch nightly and rather enjoy. Even if you don't it is not loud enough to hear inside of the unit. Sectional sofa was great to have instead the couch and small chair many of these units have. Cons I'll start this list by saying my only cons are truly personal preference and are only for the knowledge of those who are considering these units and to provide insight for the owners. There are truly nothing actually wrong with the unit. Master Bathroom: While it is tiny it is not the size that bothered me. I am a neat freak. There is zero storage in the master bath. A small shelving system under the sink or even large baskets on the dresser directly outside would be great so I did not have to repack my personal hygiene items each day after use. Guest Bedroom: I will state this is not a unit problem. This statement is true of every condo in the building. The units do not have central air and as a result the living room unit and master bedroom unit must run to the point of freezing you the living area in order to cool the second bedroom. We have 7 years between our two sons. It was impossible to shut the door to keep the room quiet for our youngest to sleep without making his room stagnant and hot. It would be great if the owners in this building would invest in some sort of cooling system for the second bedroom. General: Unit is 3 story and there is no elevator. If you aren't physically able to take on lots of steps multiple times a day this unit is not for you. Thank you for a great week. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Myrtle Beach Conndo

Very nice place close to the beach didn’t have all the comforts of home but pretty close! Patio door was difficult to open and had a slit where it was open to the outside. Some minor things but not enough to even comment about. Owner was very receptive and quick to respond back to me in a timely manner! Thanks overall for a great place to stay on vacation!

Perfect little get a way

Decided to do a last minute getaway for a week. Sheila was excellent with her communication and our stay went off without a hitch. They have plenty of beach stuff for you and your kids Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Also the kitchen had anything that we wanted. Thanks Sheila for letting us rent your unit!

3rd floor comfort

Everything about the property was just as listed, no surprises. Very comfortable beds, more than enough silverware, and plates and bowls. Only thing we could have wanted was larger coffee cups. We really enjoyed our week at the beach! Thanks Sheila!
