Everything about this property is great except the master bedroom bed is terrible. Two twin mattresses pushed together which causes a split and very firm.

Private and roomy condo

Enjoyed the privacy and screened in porch of this end condo. Roomy and was clean, check in and pool bracelets availability w/o having to go to main office was greatly appreciated!

Good

We found that this condo had everything we really needed. We were glad to be on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The rooms were fine (though one of us found the beds hard; the other thought it was fine). It would have been nice to have had access to a streaming station for the TV (like Net-flicks) and a TV guide to figure out the channels. We did not have use for the beach package. very convenient location for the courses we played during out week there.

Things that need to be addressed

The accommodations served their purpose, inasmuch as they provided 4 beds and two bathrooms. However there was very limited closet space, only one towel rack in each bathrooms, and all faucets and one shower head had virtually no water flow. Our golf group has been taking golf trips for over 20 years, and this was the worst overall accommodations we have experienced.

Stay

Booked through Airbnb just to find out that it was double booked after driving 100's of miles. Peace put us in a different unit after 45 minutes. The unit had 4 twin size beds, 2 twins shoved together. Was only offered an $80 voucher for rental merchandise but was sent the information on the last day, so was unable to use it. I would suggest that if you are using multiple rental companies (yourself, Airbnb, etc.). Maybe double check to make sure they are not rented out.

Great if you Don't Require Sleep

This condo has potential to be good, but until it has a deep clean and proper beds and bedding, I recommend finding a different place to stay. Nobody slept well on the very springy, uncomfortable beds, and the "split king" concept in the master bedroom is a joke. Even if you roll the two twin beds together and put the mattress topper on, there are no king sized sheets in the unit. We ended up buying our own sheets to try to make the bed functional, but it was still very uncomfortable and had a crack in the middle from pushing the two twin beds together. It would be in the best interest of the owner to just spring for a few mattresses and some bedding that doesn't look like it came from Goodwill. They'd be more likely to attract repeat customers, and could charge a little more. As far as the deep clean, the condo looked clean enough when we entered, but we noticed there was dust everywhere (on the TVs, wooden blinds, under the roll together beds and other furniture), and if you walked barefoot across the unit, the bottom of your feet would turn black. It needs a good mop. Those were the bad parts that hopefully get addressed before more people spend money here. The good parts are the location, amenities, and rental company. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. The smoke detector chirped all night on our first night; I messaged Peace Vacations early Friday morning, and the battery was replaced before noon. They were very prompt with fixing the problem. Overall I'd say if the mattresses were replaced and the unit had a deep clean, it would be a nice place to stay.

needs a lot of repair work

Good rental needs a little update. Master bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. The vertical blinds are very touchy. They don't open/close all the way and you can't push them all the way back. Use maker leaks water and freezes into one big chunk of ice. Delicate cycle on the washing machine does not spin and the lid to the agitator never stayed on. we were given a broom but no dust pan.

There is improvements needed. If I had to choose that property a 2nd time it would not happen.

They need to upgrade furniture, bed you can feel the springs when you sleep (body ache next day) couch was old and uncomfortable, there was only one comfortable chair in the corner. The TV in the master bedroom was no bigger than a book w/no cable and no TV in the 2nd bdrm which I did not know (they said it was listed somewhere they only had 2 TV's and vcr which I never saw because I would have looked elsewhere).

Nice place

Nice place! There was no hair dryer as described and the vertical blinds were broken but other than that it was a great place. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and very comfortable!!

Fun Family Getaway

The condo was just as described. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The property is beautiful and the communication with the property manager was great! They were very responsive. We felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. It was the perfect getaway!

Owned by rental company and shows

Owned by a rental company that treats it more like a hotel room with no vested interest in maitenance, ie leaky kitchen faucet, rear door blinds missing, leaky ice maker, drier that doesn't dry. Stayed 4 nights and called to request additional dishwashing detergent and trash bags to make it through our stay. Expexted a little better for the price after fees.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our use. We were there to watch our son play for his college in the Golfweek Tournament held at True Blue and the condo was exactly what we needed. The accommodations were lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Pawleys Island retreat

Pease Group was outstanding, had a small issue with a window treatment called to let them know. They were out and had it repaired within an hour. Ran a little late on checkout I called and Dana was VERY helpful. I played True Blue when I was there difficult but fair track. Pricey but the amenities are first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay in your condo was very comfortable and extremely accessible to the beach, which we loved! It was clean and provided all the comforts of home! We loved the screened in back porch as well. The only suggestion we would make for improvements is an update on kitchen appliances as the buttons on the microwave were not all functioning. And to check the electricity in the condo as several outlets were not working. Overall, we would stay here again!!

Nice place to be

Property was great. Plenty of room so that 4 people would not feel like they are walking into each other. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud with them and a large dog walking around a lot. For a light sleeper it made it tough in the evenings. Overall would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Great stay! Very pleased with everything. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms was wobbly and did fall during stay in the night.
