Amazing Golf & Lake View in True Blue -Professionally Cleaned

This condo is truly our "Happy Place" and sure to be yours as well. We work hard and when we step away to take a break this is where we can truly recharge. We recently renovated the condo and upgraded with beautiful stainless appliances, granite counter tops, LVP flooring and paint and best yet, furnishings and super comfortable beds. We made sure it has everything you could need in the kitchen so you don't have to go out if you don't want to. But no worries... it's Pawleys Island so there are plenty of great restaurants if you don't think staying in is relaxing.

This condo is Located on the 3rd floor of the end unit on the 4th hole at True Blue Golf Course. Keep in mind there are NO ELEVATORS in True Blue Condominiums. We do have another condo that is on the 1st floor that is also 2 Bedroom 2 Bath units suited very similarly to this one just steps away. Take a look at VRBO# 1549337, it also has beautiful views and the convenience of being on the ground floor, no elevator is needed :-). This condo is literally right next door. Stay close to friends and family by booking them together.

True Blue is one of many world class golf course and we overlook the lake and #4 Fairway! We have the most private and tranquil views. The condo comfortably sleeps four; King bed in master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest/2nd bedroom. The master bedroom includes a private bath with tub/shower. The room is suited with a wall mounted 36" flat screen television, reading lamps, six drawer dresser and two drawer night stands and large closet for your convenience.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed, 36" flat screen television, armoire dresser, night table, reading lamp, and a large closet, with a full bathroom (shower) directly across the hall.

Relax in the evening with a drink on the screened in porch while watching the sun set over the water and greens. Or, you can relax in the hot tub and pool which are only a few steps away! (Closed November to end of February).

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your every meal or just a quick snack. For your entertaining with ease we have a blender, ice maker and even some plastic tumbler cups so your safe at the pool as you serve up your favorite smoothie or pina colada.
The dining area comfortably seats 4 and the newly furnished living room seats 4-6 of your friends & family. Relax on the sectional and watch the 55” HDTV Smart flat screen television.

The colors are calm earth tone furnishings, grey interior walls, making this a calm and relaxing atmosphere you will want to visit again & again! Lines and towels are provided, as well as some cleaning products, and starters for paper products like tissue, toilet paper and paper towels. We always try to have it moderately stocked so don't have to run out right away and get standard supplies.

We are a dog friendly home for dogs preferably under 40 pounds. We do allow for dogs with prior approval or just add it on your booking. There is a pet fee and pet care addendum you will be asked to complete so we have the dogs information. We are unable to accommodate for cats or other types of pets, sorry.

Our family spends as much time here as possible so we've stocked the cupboards with almost everything we could think of to make our trips to Pawleys and YOURS as relaxing as possible. If you're there and find we forgot about something you use, just let us know. We will gladly add to our small appliances and other niceties to make your stay the best.
