Romantic Condo, Gated Pawley’s Plantation. Professionally cleaned every time!

This is a very popular, upscale, golf and beach lovers condo, located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building located in Pawley's Plantation Golf Resort and Country Club. The first bedroom en suite is located at the front of the condo and the master en suite is located at the back of the condo with access to the vinyl enclosed porch. This feature gives you the privacy you look for when traveling with others! The best part is we are tucked away in a private gated community.
We have added beautiful wood floors in the living room, Master bedroom & 2nd bedroom en suite. We’ve put wood flooring in both bathrooms and in our 4 season room. we have added new bedding, furniture and art work making it even more comfortable and special.

Additionally, we made our screened porch into a 4 season retreat with vinyl sliders and overhead fan, a spot where you can spend hours relaxing or watch the golfers play!

You can unwind with a beverage on the front porch rockers. A short walk to the owners pool where guests can take a dip and take in the sun or have a bite to eat at the Palmetto Pub in the clubhouse.

The oldest seaside resort in the U.S. Pawley's Island beach is within a few miles from the villa. Litchfield beach and Huntington State Park are also close by for sun, swimming, fishing and crabbing.

Conveniently located 24 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport with more excellent golf courses than you can ever manage to play. We are situated on one that was designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus! Beautiful Caldonia a top public course is minutes away.

Outstanding local restaurants, Georgetown, are just a short drive away. Brookgreen Gardens is ten minutes away offering 5,400 acres of gardens and sculptures, history programs creek cruises and so much more I have a binder under the cocktail table in the living room which has all the information about local spots and restaurants for your reading pleasure.

Visit the famed Hammock shops just up the road or take an hour drive into beautiful Charleston.

This Villa is beautifully decorated and boasts dramatic vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have full baths making it great for friends or family gatherings. A washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, beach chairs and beach towels are all available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We recently replaced the armoire in the The living room and replaced it with a 50” smart television with stand. Both bedrooms have HD flat screen
Televisions, and wireless internet is available for your convenience.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and the master bedroom has one queen size bed with memory foam mattress and access to the vinyl enclosed screened in porch. The living room has been completely redecorated with new floors, sofa, chairs lighting fixtures and ceiling fan.

We have purchased his and her cruise bikes for all of you cruisers. Enjoy endless rides throughout Pawley's. We also provide bike helmets for your protection and bicycle pumps.

For beach lovers we have it all! Rolling cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, - just bring sunscreen! After the beach we have a hose on the ground floor to hose off the sand on the chairs, cooler umbrella and yourself so sand isn't making it into the condo. If you bring your dog to the beach please rinse the sand off of them.

We have replaced the linoleum kitchen counters and wet bar with beautiful granite in March, 2021. The kitchen and dining area are beautifully tiled. We offer a few area rugs, otherwise carpet free!
