- If you bring your own beach towels, chairs, and/or umbrellas, they cannot be stored in the condo. These must be stored in your car (there is also an option to rent these items from the Seapointe Beach Grill)
- This property requires a mandatory resort access fee to be paid fully before your arrival
- All resort amenities are open year-round except the outdoor pool, which is not available after October 11th
