The Strand is complete with a 27-hole championship golf course, driving range, and pro shop.
The owner has a Full Family Golf Membership, which includes unlimited family golf ($30/18-hole cart fee required), access to tennis & pickleball courts, and fitness complex in addition to the Olympic sized swimming pool, restaurants, day spa appointments and other standard amenities at the Strand. Tenant can access all of these amenities by agreeing to pay the Strand's one-time $725 membership transfer fee. Upon payment of the transfer fee, the tenant would effectively be a 'temporary member' of the club. A credit card would be used to set up the account directly with the Strand for daily usage charges.
