Enjoy your Sanibel Island vacation getaway at Sundial A403, located at Sundial Beach Resort on the East-end of Sanibel Island. This top-floor island resort studio with elevator access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple!



**4-Night Minimum Stay Now through December 19th!**



CONDO FEATURES

Sundial A403 is a 1-bedroom 1-bath studio with direct beachfront sleeping 4 guests. This unit is located in the A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Bedroom featuring a king bed and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, privacy room divider on hand if needed. There is a washer dryer for your convenience as well as an elevator. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts!



Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A403 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer!

THE ELEVATORS ARE PRESENTLY OPERATIONAL, BUT AS MECHANICAL DEVICES, WE CANNOT ENSURE THEY WILL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. Great view of beach!

Except for elevator being out of order, the facility was great. Looked out at the beach and great view on the 4th floor. Being in our 70’s with bad knees, expected the elevator to be working to get out stuff up to condo, but like I said it was out of order. Otherwise it was a fantastic vacation condo.

Honeymoon in Sanibel

We really enjoyed this condo. It was special because we were married the day before we checked in! Overall process was good. My only recommendation would be to update your beach equipment. The chairs were very old and the straps were broken. That is fixable. I would recommend this property and we will be back again!

Lovely stay on Sanibel Island

My wife and I loved staying in this condo on Sanibel Island. It was plenty big for the two of us. We loved having a close view of the beach, and being able to get to it very easily. It was nice having a fully screened-in balcony so we could keep the doors open at night and listen to the surf (although the screens do obscure the view, especially if you are taking photos or using binoculars at birds on the beach).

As noted above, it is a lovely condo.

As noted above, it is a lovely condo. One minor issue - when we went to get plates out of the cupboard, many of them were wet (and some with a few food specks), as though somebody had taken them right out of the dishwasher and put them away without looking at them. It would have been helpful if there had been some additional dishwashing detergent packets, more laundry detergent, and some window or counter cleaner. They were fine!

Overall very good

Great unit, view was excellent, very cool balcony with sliding door that expands across the width of the unit. There were no blankets for the pullout couch, the blender didnt work, and property manager was non-responsive when asking for extra blankets. Overall I would still recommend.

Highly recommended!

This is the second time staying in the property and I can say that I love it. It is very convenient for a family vacation with kids, the apartment has all you need and it is so close to the beach that you can hear the sound of the waves. It is also sparkly clean!!!! Im sure I will be staying next year again!

Fantastic Gulf-Front Condo

We had a fantastically relaxing vacation. The Gulf was amazing; we swam with a dolphin, sting rays, and 4 manatees right outside the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We only needed to purchase food. Beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, and umbrellas were provided.

The condo was beautiful.

The condo was beautiful. The views were incredible. Satellite tv was not good quality. Was trying to watch women's basketball finals and it buffered something terrible. Would be good to tell what filters to buy for the coffee maker. We had to make a return trip to the store for this. Also handle on refrigerator was broken and they said they would contact to fix it but did not. Overall a great property clean right on beach with terrific views.

Cleanliness, overall design and location were superb.

Cleanliness, overall design and location were superb. Everything we needed, such as beach towels, coffee filters etc. got us off to a great start and helped us enjoy a hassle-free getaway. Also, appliances worked well which was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo layout and location were excellent. Team was polite and helpful at every step of the way. Check in and out were well explained and trouble free.

We have been visiting Sanibel since the 80s.

We have been visiting Sanibel since the 80s. We have stayed at sundial on several different occasions. If there is anything negative to say is one afternoon we were enjoying relaxing on the beach then a large pontoon beaches themselves in front of the sundial and had their stereo blasting. Nothing was said or done. Saddened me to have this blasting music when my reason for being here was to hear the ocean and r and r and this was disappointing to have this be allowed. Noise pollution in otherwise peaceful beautiful place.

Nice stay.

Very nice condo. Beautiful view of the gulf and the beach is just steps away. The apartment has all you need for your stay. Cons: the bath tub was clogged. We had to fix it ourself. There was no late check out availability, we usually take advantage of this to stay a few hours more. the last day we even considered to pay an extra night but could not locate anybody at the vacation office, it was a holiday and probably they were closed, Im glad it was not an emergency cause nobody ever answered. Overall nice stay and beautiful place for a vacation.

The air conditioner was frozen when we checked in, but it was quickly repaired that same night. So, we were very happy to have such attention after hours.I forgot the name of the young man who came to repair the a/c unit, but he was great.
