Returning every year love it here

We absolutely adored the home. The pool was amazing and well Kept so close to the beach and other locations very relaxing. The owners were so courteous and checked in if we had any questions or needed anything and most of all I have a special needs adult son who absolutely loved it And in his words, definitely a two thumbs up and weā€™re coming back mom so we look forward to be a returning tenant every year for a long time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Great stay!

The owners were very nice and responsive. Kids loved the pool and being in walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of room for family of 4. Had everything we needed for a week getaway to the shore.

Pleasant stay in Point Pleasant

We had a lovely time! Very convenient location. Our teenagers could go off on their own to the boardwalk. And we enjoyed walking to the restaurants. Beach is across the street and the pool was a fun alternative! We would definitely consider coming back.

Lovely, clean updated home and pool

It was everything I expected. Great location. Very comfortable. Great pool. Grill. One block in from the beach. All attractions within walking distance. Theresa and her husband are very nice. My only complaint is the loud, drunk twenty-somethings that walk by at all hours of the night. This was my first time renting at the Jersey Shore, so maybe it takes some getting used to? Keep the windows closed and the AC on at night.

Very pleasant vacation rental

My family and I had a great experience staying here. The house is in a perfect location, just across the street from the beach. When we werenā€™t at the beach, we were lounging in the most perfect pool. Our host, Steve, checks the pools PH level and cleans it at least once a week. I noticed that the water was at a perfect level, not burning mine or my grandsons eyes. The residence is equipped with a fully enclosed outdoor shower, a cozy backyard with a barbecue grill. When we needed to have the tank of the grill replaced, Steve was just a call away, and was at the place in minutes replacing the tank. The house is very clean, and my family (including my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson) were all very comfortable in our bedrooms. The hosts Steve and Theresa are very hospitable and gracious, providing us with three beach passes for our stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Point Pleasant Beach.

Nice location for some time at the beach while working remotely

Nice location for a stay in Pt. Pleasant. Close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk and multiple restaurants, but far enough away from the clubs to not be bothered by any noise. Comfortable for my wife and I but also for our two college aged kids on the night they both stayed. Wi-Fi worked great which enabled me to spend the time we stayed there working through the afternoon while still being able to enjoy the beach later in the day. We'd definitely rent the house again in the future.

Family Vacation

The property is well loved by the owners who ensure a clean and safe environment for renters. The location is ideal for walking to the boardwalk, watching boats coming in/out of the inlet and sitting on the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And the pool is a bonus!

Great vacation with toddlers!

The location is amazing- so close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was fantastic as the ocean was too rough for our toddlers during our stay. House works great for small children as there are no stairs and the washer and dryer were a great amenity for keeping up with the kidsā€™ laundry. Theresa and Steve were lovely and conscientious hosts. We canā€™t wait to return next summer!

Amazing stay!

This house was perfect for us! Theresa met us upon arrival and was very nice and welcoming. She was super easy to deal with and had some great recommendations. The house was very clean and the location was amazing! The walk to the beach was super convenient and it was lovely coming home from the beach, jumping in the outside shower, and then being able to lounge in the pool! The living area was nice and open and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year!

Great Beach House

My wife, son and I stayed in Point Pleasant the week of July 7th, let me start by saying Theresa and Steve couldnā€™t have been nicer. The house is located in the perfect place, the beach is across the street, there are several restaurants within walking distance (I recommend the Shrimp Box) and Jenkinsons Boardwalk is a short walk down the beach. One of the main reasons I rented the property was the pool, after being at the beach, arcades, mini golf, rides and the aquarium (take your pick) all day it was great to jump in the pool and cool off, it was my sons favorite thing about the house. We could not have asked for a better week, we are already talking about returning next year, 1 week was definitely not enough.

Wonderful home for a vacation in Point Pleasant

The home was very well kept. It also had an Inground pool , which was a great alternative to the beach The beach and boardwalk are right across the street. It is a short walk to the rides and games on the boardwalk. It was only 2 blocks to a great bar/restaurant. There are a lot of activities going on during the week. We saw a Irish dancers performance on the beach and another night fireworks. Great time was had by all.

I loved it .. The pictures shown on the site did not justify how nice and cozy it really was. I give it three thumbs up. The beach across the street and ice cream on the corner and restaurants really close by did not need a vehicle to get around .. i'm planning on staying there again

Great Location - Pool is a Huge Plus!!

Theresa and her family were extremely kind and accommodating. I stayed with my husband, 3 kids and my mom came down for a couple of nights as well. The house fit us all perfectly. The newly built pool is also a PERFECT addition. My kids were in and out of it all day long in between trips to the beach which is also super close (right across the street). We had plenty of bars and restaurants at our fingertips as well as coffee and ice cream shops. Tip: The house is cooled by an air conditioning unit which was on when we got there - it is very loud, and after a few days I turned it off and opened the windows. Do you yourself a favor, keep the windows open and enjoy the cool, beachy breeze!!
