Beautiful 2 Bedroom Cabin on Taylor River with Private Hot Tub

Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison.
ā€œGreen Drakeā€ (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)
Cabins 17-21 are all the same style of cabin. These are the most popular cabins at the resort, sitting on the banks of the Taylor River. An open deck overlooks the river and includes a private hot tub. Plenty of parking is available here.
ā€¢ Approximately 576 square feet.
ā€¢ Each bedroom has a queen size bed.
ā€¢ Sink/vanity in each bedroom.
ā€¢ Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer
ā€¢ Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent
ā€¢ Plenty of parking here for 2 vehicles and toy trailers
ā€¢ All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
**For VRBO guests, please refer to your reservation confirmation sent to your email after booking for check-in and unit details. We operate like a hotel with a front desk.**
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May ā€“ September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.

Great Cabin Getaway

Perfect place to spend time with loved ones and friends. Close to Mt. CB but far enough to feel away from the ski town hustle. Hot tub on the porch facing the Taylor river is a great place to unwind in the evening.

Cozy and perfectly located!

We rented this cabin to ski Crested Butte. The location was perfect, not far off the road and a short beautiful drive to Crested Butte. The cabin was perfect and the hot tub made this cabin the best choice for us. We will be back!

Cozy cottage on the river

We loved this place. It was just 10 feet from the river, with a hot tub on the back deck overlooking the water. It was a great spot to relax. The location was convenient for us to drive into Crested Butte to ski without paying an arm and a leg. I would definitely stay there again.

Spring Fly-Fishing Getaway

I decided a short while back that this spring I would take a road trip through my native state of Colorado fly-fishing in route. I found the Three Rivers Resort listing online and it seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I booked four nights and yes, it was perfect! Beautiful, clean riverside cabin with everything I needed to relax, fix my own meals, and venture out each day to fish.I can't wait to return next year!Thank you Three Rivers Resort!

A perfect getaway location

The sound of the river rushing past the cabin was perfect! It was so peaceful sitting on the screened-in porch. We came to visit Western Colorado University. If my son ends up there, we will return to the cabin many times in the future.

The after hours check in was easy. The person when an issue occurred was very friendly and quick to respond. The cabin was very cozy, was able to warm it up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was lovely! It was very peaceful, quiet, and calming. The sound of the river was comforting.

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, warm, and very cozy for two. I might feel a little cramped for 4, but it would definitely work just fine. The location was very convenient to Crested Butte and the skiing that we wanted to do. The hot tub was a very nice bonus - also very clean and easy to use. The river view from the hot tub was excellent. I think I'd book here again.

Cabin 20 in the river just right for 2

Sat-Wed stay in February. Close enough to Gunnison and Crested Butte that we didnā€™t mind. Snowed during our stay which made it even better. Hot tub was relaxing and nice to sit in while snowing. TV is it on the small side considering we are night owls, lol. But the stay was perfect for the two of us

Loved the property and cabin! Beds not so much

Wonderful little cabin overlooking the most beautiful river with a porch and hot tub and accessible to both Gunnison and Crested Butte. We really enjoyed sitting out in the hot tub and enjoying the views. The one downside to the property was that the beds were really very uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The mattresses were very hard and seemed like they hadn't been replaced in a long time otherwise we had a great stay!

The cabins are old but cute with a great view of the river. There was mouse poop all over the counters and in cabinets, which made it look like nobody came in to check the property before we arrived.
