Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Two parking passes are allowed per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars. Boat trailers are not permitted. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essential items.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years of age, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.

This is a very spartan stay. The owner provides a single trash bag, two dishwasher pods and no laundry soap. The value is roughly equal to the price of the stay, which is fair. They make you check in at their office in a small window of time, so you have to keep an eye on the clock. (They still use metal keys).

The unit was exactly what was pictured and it was pet friendly AC not working when we arrived but I called maintenance and got it working in no time the Tv in first bedroom never could get it to work the other TV s you could only get few channels you will have to use your own streaming devices I did not know this if it was in the description I missed it But we would stay here again

It was a great location close to the beaches all of the restaurantson the strip. Also easy to find. The neighbors were very friendly. Did not use the pool but it looked very nice clean.

The HOA Pres. Dave was not very welcoming. People above me, after being there for there 3 yr, left early and told me they would not come back because of him. I loved Unit D though. Beautiful furnishings. Shared the few maintenance things in need of attention already.

Home away from home

First time renting from Poole. Had to stop at their office to pick up the keys & when checking out drop back off at their office -inconvenient. I had to pay the rest of my balance directly to Poole, parking pass was 30. This place is a small complex, each parking spot was labeled with the unit's letter. I felt scammed.When we arrived I noticed a Ring Camera on the front door. When we went to the back porch there was another camera. This was not in the listing. I reached out to Poole asking if the cameras were on during the stay. They did not confirm if they were on or off, just that some property owners have them up to watch 'for safety reasons.' When it got dark outside we realized the curtains to both bedrooms were completely see through. BTW, the back porch camera was pointed at the master bedroom porch - so possibly able to see into the bedroom. There also wasn't a door stopper for both patio doors. They have camera's 'for safety' but the curtains are see through and only one door stopper? We reached out to Poole about the curtains and doorstop, maintenance came out for measurements and told us the owners would have to approve purchases. This was day 2 of our 13 day stay. We never once heard back from Poole. Smoke detector in back bedroom kept malfunctioning when we would shower or microwave, pulled it off it was just coated in dust causing it to false alarm. Personally won't be renting from Poole management, and definitely not this particular space.

Enjoyable getaway

Was a very nice condo away from the typical places to stay in Gulf Shores. The drive to the places to eat and the beach was not far at all. The traffic on the road in front of the condo was a bit busy at times, but it was far enough from the front of the property to not be a big deal. The inside was nice and roomy, even for 6 people. Nice tall ceilings and nice for all of us to feel comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen for our food we brought and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again when we go back to the beach...good price too.

The three days I was there I had no internet and tv was on parent control lock. I asked everyday to fix this was not done. Gave me wrong password twice for internet.

Loved the location and trails.

I loved the area of the rental property. It was so close to everything but far enough to be able to relax too. The property was clean but it did have an unpleasant smell. I called the cleaning crew because the check in documents said that if I had any problems with cleanliness to call them. I called the number in the check in documents and the lady told me that the smell was probably because it was a pet friendly property but she would call the property office to have maintenance bring me some plug ins. We stayed in the property for 5 days and the plug ins never for there. The property was clean and well maintained but all the furniture, decore and linen need to be updated.

Vacation/softball tournament

It was a very simple checkin process we showed up after hours. Very simple instructions. Everything was clean. Everything worked in condo. No issues until a water heater broke upstairs this was after hours. Someone was there within 30 minutes to get water heater shut off upstairs. Had to have servepro put fans and dehumidifier in. But the office was great. Called me promptly next morning. They sent extra towels. They gave me credit for inconvenience without even asking. Overall I would rent from them again this was undoubtedly out of their control! Great property.

Pros: ā€¢We were pleasantly shocked with how big the condo was. ā€¢The shower in the master bedroom is heaven sent! ā€¢fully stocked kitchen ā€¢the laundry room was a huge plus after going to the beach daily ā€¢felt safe at all times ā€¢pool was very clean and upkept Cons: ā€¢The floors were extremely dirty to the point that my feet were black after walking around inside day 1. ā€¢The condo managers were not able to provide any insight on where any type of beach access would be. ā€¢ location is on a main road that is hard to get in and out of due to traffic ā€¢no sheets for the pull out bed in the living room so we had to lay an extra blanket down so the kids had a place to sleep ā€¢you can hear everything from the upstairs guests so it sounded like a bunch of kids running and stomping from 6 am to midnight each day

Great place to stay

This condo was great. Close to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery store. The condo was neat, clean and spacious.
