Come relax in our remodeled Farmhouse, located just west of Dripping Springs, TX. The Farmhouse is a two story, and features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and can sleep 10 people. Sleeping arrangements include, 1 Kind bed, 2 Queen beds, two bunk beds. Seating for 10 to dine as well. It sits on 9 acres with a wet weather pond and has plenty of roaming room. Some wildlife you may see includes Whitetail deer, Black Buck antelope and Turkey. The covered parking can fit two vehicles, but there is plenty of uncovered parking to accommodate more. Located about 1/2 mile from HWY 290, you will have easy access back into Dripping Springs, which is about a 10 min drive. We are close to many wedding venues. Some of which include Camp Lucy (3 miles away), Cricket Hill, Windsong Barn, Blue Rock Estate, Ma Maison and Vista West Ranch. The quaint town of Johnson City is about 25 minutes away. The Home and it’s amenities are for the use of the guests staying there. The Farmhouse is not set up to take on bachelor parties or events. Minimum age to rent is 25. Total number of vehicles parked on the property during your stay will need to be sent to us prior to check in.

**NOTE: We have a security camera at the gate and at the front porch to monitor traffic coming into the property and will not tolerate parties.
