Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler. 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family vacay was a success!

We had a great experience at this place. We had four families visit and we had a great experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for four families because of there being only three bathrooms but everything else was great for us.

Stay for Sand in my Boots

We had a great stay this past weekend. When we arrived, one of the toilet seats was broken and the property team fixed it immediately. It was a great location and the beach was perfect.

Beach Vacation 2025

The condo is nice and updated. There was definitely a lack of cooking utensils and what was available for use was not the greatest. Plenty of silverware, cups, and plates but the pots/pans definitely need updating. 1 baking sheet and very few dishes to bake with. The plastic spoons and spatulas are also not high quality and are difficult to cook with. No extra dish towels for cleaning dishes and drying them.

Family Reunion

Michael was fantastic with communication. This was the perfect place for our family reunion. 12 people total. The unit provides the best view of the Gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was just as described. But a man an women entered the condo with a master code to spray the unit for bugs. Our 3 granddaughters under the age of 14 in condo while everyone else on beach. The couple was told someone was in unit. They knocked no one answered the door but they entered with the master code on the keypad anyway. We we not informed by the Phoenix Rental group anyone was coming on that date. My husband went to desk and they knew how upset he was. They told him this company had contract to spray twice a month. Would inform the company of his concerns. That doesn’t fix the concerns of their clients.The condo was in a great location was beautiful from every window. Needs new mattress on beds. Sent an email to our agent Michael it was read with no response.We will not rent a condo from the Phoenix group again. If they let people have master codes for key pad and are not concerned with the safety of their renters. It only takes 1 bad person to hurt a child.

The property is beautiful. The only problem we had was no one informed us that we had to wear wrist bands the whole time we're there. We found out 2 days before leaving. Hope we left everything satisfactory. Thank you.

Gulf Shores

The condo has beautiful views of the beach with being able to walk right onto it. Very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Would recommend and also stay there again. Communication with Michael, our contact, was great.

Also, the kitchen is insufficient in cooking, storing and preparing (cooking spoons, spatulas, etc.) utensils. We all felt that the large sectional should be repositioned as to open up the window views to the gulf. The property was awesome, parking sufficient in October, and the condo was spacious enoughFor our large family. Elevators were fast and had littleWait. Thank you.

Great location

Pros: The condo was the perfect location with a beautiful large deck looking right over the Gulf of Mexico. Living space was large with plenty of seating and an extra long dinning room table. Plus bars at counter allowed for plent of eating space. The two queens in each of the three extra bedrooms were especially appreciated by our large party. Bathrooms were also large with two of the bedrooms sharing a jack and Jill bath. Other extra room had a private door that went into the guest Bedroom so it felt like an en-suite lively the master. Cons; extra linens in closet were not clean. Tnere are NO EXTRAs. No salt or pepper. NO extra toilet paper or drying towels. There was one trash bag in the trash can. One of everything and that meant having to buy alot of basics. Would I stay there again…maybe. Just would know to bring everything extra including salt and pepper and spices.

Great place to stay!

Condo was beautiful and clean. I felt very safe. The beach was fantastic. If I had to put one negative it would be that some of the mattresses were really hard but that is some peoples preference. Would absolutley stay here again.

Family Vacation 2023

Everything about the property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the 7 adults, 2 children, 2 toddlers, and one infant! Amenities were very nice and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A couple of items to improve: the kitchen stove was well below par for the quality of the unit-had difficulty regulating heat for cooking; the refrigerator was functional but in need of some TLC; more bath linens would be beneficial as well; we purchased (and donated) more kitchen dish towels and wash cloths. Still a 9.5 out of 10 on our rating!
