Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 19th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in all four bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 10. No more fighting over the large beds!!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have the 3br unit just two doors down from our 4br.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The built in ice maker at the bar area was a huge plus. It made lots of ice for the coolers so we didnt have to pay at the gas station. Its close to food and lots of things to do. We will be going back.

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

Second time to stay at this particular property and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with during our stay. The location is perfect for anything one would want to do in the Gulf Shores area.

The Phoenix Gulf Shores is a pretty building, nice family friendly pool, great parking and good access to the beach. However, the condo was nothing like the description or previous stays at the building. We were greeted w a stale odor, possibly old cigarette smoke, that consumed the whole space and stayed the whole time we were there. The cleanliness was questionable (dust, stained furniture, ripped furniture, the oven was horrendous, spots on toilets, crumbs in corners). The sofas were so stained I refused to sit on it. The available amenities were limited (no Kurieg, limited coffee cups, only 7 towels for a 4 bedroom condo) and about half of the electrical outlets did not work. The dryer just ran no matter how long you set the timer. The ice machine did would not make ice even after turning off/on and letting it sit w the door closed for over 24 hrs. We definitely expected more for the price, location and history w this building. Unfortunately (or fortunately) all we left to say was “At least we were at the beach”.

Property is exactly as pictures and description show. Great location, quiet, clean, property amenities are all that you could ask for. Close to restaurants, shopping, state park and so much more. Already planning on a return visit.

Perfection!

This condo was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Everyone had plenty of room and was very happy with each of their rooms. Checking in was very simple and the beach wasn’t over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Last bit of summer vacation

Property had plenty of space for 8 adults to unwind and relax. Amenities are located nearby. Beach and pool access were suitable for all adults.

Great place

Check-in to check-out was very easy. Whole family had a great time. Location is close to all of the activities we wanted to do with smaller children. Make sure to bring a couple extra laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and a few extra trash bags.

Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.
