You will feel rested and renewed the moment you step foot into this cottage. You enter the home through a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Coffee Machine, a waffle iron, a crock pot, a blender, and an abundance of counter space. Looking forward to enjoying a meal at home? This cottage has an oversized bar top, which seats four, and a large dining table, which also seats six. Flowing from the dining area is the living room, which boasts two large comfy sofas and a fireplace and leads out to the screened-in porch with dining seating and an outdoor grill for grilling up your favorites. This master suite is on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in linen closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the powder room, along with the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms; one with bunk beds for the kids and one with a queen bed for the adults. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Both of these rooms have access to the furnished balcony with ocean views, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and a community fire pit Cottages at Jekyll Island is located north island and is a short distance from Driftwood Beach, Horton Pond, and the fishing pier. Bike Trails, 63 holes of golf, a tennis center, horseback riding, the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, the Landmark Historic District, and the Beach Shopping Village are just some of the amenities Jekyll Island has to offer.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
