Life is better at the beach! And this Cottage proves it. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage has all the amenities for a perfect getaway. This home has a single-car garage, a master bedroom on the main floor, along with two guest bedrooms on the second floor. You enter this home through a bright and spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, and a bar top with seating for 4. Flowing from the kitchen is a beautiful dining area with seating for 8. Off of the dining you will find the main living area, which provides access to the wonderful backyard. The backyard offers wonderful amenities such as a gas grill, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit with seating, and a hammock swing. The second-floor houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The two main guest bedrooms have access to the upper screened porch with plenty of seating. Other amenities with this Cottage include a Beach canopy tent and umbrella, 6 beach chairs, beach toys, board games, DVDs, a Bluetooth speaker, Crockpot electric kettle, a toaster oven, a waffle iron, plastic ware spice rack, and anything else you may need for entertaining! There is an additional full-sized fridge in the garage.
In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
