This family-friendly 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage is sure to be the perfect getaway for beachgoers of all ages! Oceanfront and just steps away from our million-dollar clubhouse, amenities center, and beach access point. Guests of all ages will be in love! You enter this home through the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a Keurig coffee machine as well as an auto drip coffee maker, and an awesome ocean view. From the kitchen, you will find a bar top, with seating for 3, and a large dining table, with seating for 6. The living area boasts an abundance of seating and a mounted TV, perfect for a movie night in! The first floor is home to one of two screened-in porches and an outdoor dining area. The Master Bedroom and ensuite private bathroom are nestled off of the lower screened-in porch. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath and closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Guest room #1 has a queen-sized bed and is perfect for older guests who want to relax in peace and quiet. Guest room #2 has a triple bunk bed, and additional trundle, and is perfect for younger guests. Each guest room has access to the upper screened-in porch, where you will find a twin daybed swing perfect for taking naps! This Cottage includes a pack-n-play and 2 high chairs. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit Turtles Nest I is an end unit located adjacent to Turtles Nest II, also an end unit (see Ocean Cottage 119). If you are looking for a multi-family or extended family vacation, these units are a great option to keep your group together.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
