The space: Open Concept. Every room faces the ocean.

The Living Room:
A large living room with sliding glass doors opening to spacious 10 foot an ocean front terrace, with sweeping 180-degree Pacific Ocean views. 

The living room has a comfortable couch. The couch doubles as a queen bed. It is the perfect place to gather, entertain or watch TV

And for your entertainment pleasure, in the living room, there is a 60” Samsung HD TV with Apps such as Netflix in Spanish, Amazon Prime in English and prime YouTube in English.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with new appliances including a wine fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cappuccino maker and even a blender for margaritas! Revolving bar stools at the kitchen peninsula, great for entertaining.

For a festive meal or cocktail party, there’s plenty quality cookware and place settings for an impromptu fiesta!  

Terrace:
In Ixtapa, your dining experience is at its best on the outdoor terrace with sweeping views.  A large dining table with overstuffed chairs seats 6. Comfortable lounge chairs for afternoon cocktails.  The spot for any celebration!

Bedroom:
The primary bedroom offers a unique Queen size Murphy bed. It is very special, beautiful, unique and very comfortable. Guest access
The Condominium in its entirety is available to our guests. The storage room is available for guests’ suitcases and accessed as needed only by the building staff.
 
Other details to note
Housekeeping is done before the guest arrival and after the guest departure.

Guest booking 7 or more nights may schedule a cleaning and linen change at no cost

For guest booking less than 7 nights, housekeeping is available at a reasonable fee and can be arranged through the building administrator.

The Condo provides a generous daily electric power allowance (approximately 8 hrs of AC per day), if the guest desires AC 24/7, the cost will be additional to the nightly room rental rate and maybe arranged through the building administrator.
