A fantastic winter (or anytime!) getaway on the beach with full panoramic ocean views. This privately owned residence is in the new deluxe condominiums at the Bay View Grand Residencial, Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico. In the north tower, the views and sunsets are fantastic! Watch the dolphins from the balcony or just relax and enjoy the peace and relaxation.

Unit is located on the seventh floor of the north tower and is fully furnished with everything you need. It has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, blender, microwave oven, refrigerator and more. This 1 bedroom unit has a washer and dryer, living room, dining room, king size bed, air conditioning, intercom phone, 3 ceiling fans, DVD and 2 televisions with cable and WiFi.

Bay View Grand features include two resort style infinity pools, beautiful beach and pool furniture, pool bar and restaurant, entertainment room with card tables and billiards table, tennis court, business center, free wireless internet access. The gym/fitness center and day spa with separate male/female showers, jacuzzi and steam room is available for a nominal $100 (about $9.00 USD)pesos/family/day charge.

Daily/weekly maid service is available upon request.

The Palma Real Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, the best golf course in Ixtapa is within walking distance across the street. Convenient shopping, including grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants also within walking distance across the street!

Nearby there are first class day spas, swimming with dolphins, sailing, diving, deep sea fishing, tours, night clubs, and more golf at the beautiful Marina Golf Course. Ixtapa in the winter offers tropical sun with average temperatures in the 80's, beautiful clean beaches and friendly people.

Gorgeous view!

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view with fantastic sunsets!!! Well stocked kitchen but would have liked working dishwasher for bigger meals. Communication with owner was always quick and extremely helpful from start to finish !!

Great Property Great location Great host

This condo has an unbelievable view of the ocean, we enjoyed the dolphins and humpback whales from our deck. The host Tom was incredibly responsive from the time we booked, to the time we left. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Great Condo!

Our 9th year in Ixtapa/Ziwa. As always, it was great! The weather perfect like usual. The condo was perfect for 2 people. Clean, and plenty of utensils, etc.. that we needed. Would definitely stay here again as it was very easy to work with the owner!

The Bay View Grand Residential Ixtapa was such a fine place to spend our week! Our unit was perfect for just the 2 of us. Excellent view over the pool to the ocean. Everyone working on the property was extremely helpful and friendly. Need a drink? Done! Need an umbrella? Done! Need Maintenance? Done! The community of Ixtapa is full of good restaurants and bars and yet you do not feel as if you are in a major market. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much we will attempt to return next year. Thanks Tom and Maggie!!

Outstanding beach condo w/ beauiful views and services

After more than 20 yrs. vacationing in Ixtapa, paradise has been found. The BVG Residential has beautiful and well maintained grounds/landscaping, two large pools, a magnificent beach, comfortable lounging/tanning areas, and an excellent restaurant with great service and very friendly staff. It is also located near many shops and a variety of other eating establishments. The condo has all the comforts of home. It is attractive and clean with a spacious balcony. Other highlights included stunning views, new WiFi (if you want it), washer/dryer, and well-equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom, dining and living areas. The owners are very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns from booking to checkout. Thank you. I can't wait to go back.

Rest, relaxation, recreation, recuperation, restaurants galore, retirement present and golf for ,my husband - this condo ticked off all my boxes. Perfectly comfortable and convenient for all our needs. Thank you, Tom & Maggie for sharing your condo. p.s. Concierge staff (Vanessa in particular) and Karina in the Spa are A1 in my books.

Great View

This was our first visit to Ixtapa and we're very glad we picked the Bay View Grand Residential unit 702N. Excellent location, amazing view, very comfortable condo, clean and well equipped. The owner provided detailed information on the area & BVG complex along with restaurant & things to do info. Location is everything & this is the place with the beach, shops & many good restaurants & just a short bus ride to Zihuatanejo. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks & plan to return to this beautiful place. We've been coming to Mexico for 32 years & must say this is the cleanist condo & area we've ever been in.

Great Place

My husband and I have been going to Ixtapa for about 15 years,but never stayed at the Bay View Grand Residenical . We were extremely please with the condo.It is kept up very well,clean and decorated very nice.The grounds,pool ,and restaurant was very impressive. Everyone that works there was very friendly.It is great having restaurants and shops right across the street.It was a great two weeks there.Hope to go back next year.

Beautiful spot!

We have been to Ixtapa many times over the past 20+ years but this is our first stay at the Bay View Grand Residencial. The view from the balcony - especially the sunsets was spectacular! As well, we found the front desk people very helpful, even with Albert's tee times and ensuring he had cab rides to and from the golf course. We also like the option of eating our meals in or choosing from one of the many fine restaurants across the street. We found the owners Tom and Maggie very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We highly recommend staying at this condo if you are planning a trip to Ixtapa.

Great condo!

We had a great experience at the Bay View Grand Residential! We have done all-inclusive before but wanted to try a condo this time and experience the great restaurants that Ixtapa has to offer. This is a great, quiet community and the pool and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The condo was great for the 2 of us and it was very nice to cook our own food if we felt like it....although eating out is much cheaper than in the states! The view is spectacular and we enjoyed many mornings sitting out there or walking the beach. Only suggestion would be to possibly have an alternate pillow option for the master bed as we were not used to the memory foam type pillow. All in all, would highly recommend this condo and the Bay View Grand.

Absolutely wonderful vacation!

This was our first time in Ixtapa, and we are still talking about our vacation there. The Bay View Grand was a wonderful place to stay. It was great to have the swimming pools, be right on the beach, and of course, the balcony with the beautiful view! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Tom was very helpful in giving us information on Ixtapa. And if we ever have the chance to go back to Ixtapa, we will definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful location

This was our first stay at Bayview Grand after many years of going to Ixtapa. BVG is a great property and the unit is exactly how it was advertised-from the description to the video. The on site restaurant was an added bonus with really good food at reasonable prices. Everything was a treat coming from the wintry north.

PERFECT in every way

This is our 3rd time to Ixtapa and the 1st time we rented a condo. The condo was perfect for us. The condo is clean, comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The BVG is beautiful, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. It was the best vacation we have had. We are on the go all the time for work, so our vacations are meant to relax and enjoy the weather and Ixtapa and BVG did just that! Thanks Tom for the awesome experience and your help thru the rental process! We will return!

Fantastic Getaway

This was a great condo for 2 people. Views were wonderful. Unit was very clean. Unit was as advertised. Well stocked and a perfect place to enjoy Ixtapa. BVG pool is outstanding along with the beach. Security is good. We will be back.

Tom and Maggie have a beautiful condo in a very well-maintained building. The view from their balcony is wonderful. It's in a good location for accessing everything you'll need for a stay in Ixtapa and there are many good restaurants within walking distance.
