This is where the past meets the present with a great balance of vintage ambiance and coziness, but with a fresh take on hospitality. Even the original milk bottle delivery door is still part of the mini kitchen! Every detail for a successful beach vacation has been provided within each of the small-scale, yet well-supplied rooms. DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

PARKING:
- One single parking space in the shared double garage, which will accommodate small to mid-size vehicles (no SUVs)
- General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both meter and non-meter.

LAUNDRY:
Brand new shared laundry facilities located in the garage; guests must provide their own supplies

LOCATION:
- Easy access to both the bayfront swim beach just across the street
- A couple of short blocks to the nearby ocean - perfect for all ages
- Walking distance to the ever popular Balboa Ferry (rides to Balboa Island), Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier and Village w/ multiple eateries and shops.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
