Plank flooring throughout. Designed beautifully and ample counter space will surely inspire your culinary skills. The dining room features a new dining room set with bench seating and four chairs.

Master Bedroom & Bath: The master bedroom features a brand-new 5-star Sealy Posturepedic Spring Bloom king mattress, plantation shutters, and a ceiling fans 40-inch Vizio Smart TV for restful sleep. The private bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower with white subway tiles all around, sliding glass barn doors, full sized double vanity with quartz countertops, and new tile flooring. The Guest Bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, fresh paint, plantation shutters, ceiling fans, new bedding and a 26ā€ HD/TV.

Family Vacation

The unit was amazing and so was the view. However, there was one of the female employees at the front desk that was extremely rude. We arrived on a Monday night. On Tuesday we saw signs that read no towel/sheet exchange on Thursdays (which we were told upon checkin it was Tuesdays and Thursdays). We did not need towels by Tuesday but for a family of 4 we did by Friday. When asked if we could get towels we were politely to go do laundry - why would I want to do that when I am on vacation and was told upon check in we could get clean ones on Thursday. When families are spending this much money to stay for a week the staff and the facilities should be a little nicer and accomodating.

Great property and location.

The property was exactly as advertised. Nice updated finishes with an adequate amount of kitchen appliances and dishes to have a comfortable stay. We were really impressed with how quiet it was inside the unit when all the doors were closed. The views of the ocean and pool were great and the condos location made it very accessible to the beach and nightlife. The beach service was great as well. I would stay here again!

Amazing space to relax and recharge

Loved all the organized activities at the resort. The condo was spotless and an absolutely great place to relax. It would have been easier to get around with a car because it was a little off the beaten path, but that was perfect for me.

Great place

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Good beach access and includes 1 umbrella/ 2 chairs. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots/ pans helped out on nights we cooked. TVā€™s need updated but definitely would stay again

Did Not Disappoint

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just as the pictures and descriptions said it would be. When we arrived the staff that checked us in was extremely welcoming. Our unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets/sheets in the closet. We brought out own kitchen supplies but there were plenty pots, pans, plates and glasses provided just in case. The view was great and the perfect walking distance to the beach. I guess the only thing that did bother me was the elevators. One of them almost gave me a heart attack the way it was bouncing when we got to our floor. So I just used the other one for the remainder of the trip. I was nervous about this location considering it was our first trip to Destin and you never know what you are going to get until you arrive, but we will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful Beach Condo.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean and the condo itself was exactly as pictured. In fact, the master bathroom had been upgraded since the pictures when we booked and that was a nice surprise. We had a small problem with the air conditioner on one day and the management had that fixed in less than two hours. The staff at the resort was very friendly and the property was great overall. We will definitely be working here again

Great location beautifully updated condo

We loved staying here! The condo was completely updated, super clean and very well decorated. The beach was great and only a short walk. Alan the beach attendant was nice. The location was great. Went to Harbor Village and Crab Island. Would definitely stay here again.
