Situated just across the street from the beach, this three-level home is less than a one-minute stroll from the sugar-white shores of the Gulf. Its comfortable and open floorplan guarantees fun and relaxation for the whole group during your stay. With three bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths, it can easily accommodate up to 8 visitors.

A white picket fence, cozy front porch, and palm trees greet you upon arrival. Step through the doors, where you will find the main living, kitchen, and dining areas on the first floor. In the living room, an extra-long blue sofa and two overstuffed armchairs surround a woven rug and wood-topped drink table. The setup faces a wall-mounted TV over a rustic blue credenza. A dining table with bench and chair seating creates a laidback dinner setting. The open floorplan flows seamlessly into the kitchen, featuring white cabinetry, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with four chairs.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you will find the home’s three well-appointed bedrooms. One of these is the charming primary suite, which includes a king-size bed and cottage-style furnishings. The room also has its own little seating area with a sandy-colored loveseat, matching armchair, plush rug, and wall-mounted TV. A private ensuite bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. Additionally, the primary suite has access to a furnished balcony with picturesque views of the Gulf. Of the two guest bedrooms on this level, one features a queen-size bed, a reading chair, and balcony access. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds, colorful wall art, and access to the balcony. Both guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

A bonus loft is located on the third floor. It boasts a wraparound couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Two armchairs and a patterned armchair complete the cozy setup, which faces a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. A set of double doors leads to a breezy balcony that offers views of the glittering Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to hang out, relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the gorgeous views.

As guests at Laffy Taffy, you will have access to several vacation amenities. These include a community pool, BBQ grill, in-unit laundry, complimentary wifi, and convenient beach access. In addition to this, the home’s central location places you near a variety of coastal fun. Gulf Place, one of 30A’s popular entertainment hubs, is located just down the road. Here you will find restaurants and cafes, outdoor art galleries, beach shops, and a grassy amphitheater where seasonal events are held. Continuing down the road, you can check out each beach town that sits along Scenic 30A. Each has its own unique mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. As soon as you venture off of 30A, you’ll also find other popular venues nearby, such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
