This coastal-inspired beach home is raised on stilts with a complete wraparound balcony, an elevated sun deck, and best of all, a heated private pool! With three bedrooms and two full baths, this charming beach home can host up to eight 30A vacationers.

Tucked in a secluded spot among coastal flora, guests immediately feel a sense of privacy upon arriving at this vacation residence. The first level is dedicated to covered parking and a refreshing private pool. The living and sleeping quarters are located on the second floor. Inside, the house is warm and welcoming, full of natural sunlight that filters in through large windows. A vaulted ceiling highlights the spaciousness of the open great room. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a white couch, matching loveseat, and two accent chairs. This setup faces a TV mounted on a chic coastal cabinet. Honey-toned floors flow seamlessly into the dining area, which features a table and six hardwood chairs. Between the living and dining rooms, a glass door opens onto a furnished screened-in patio, an extension of the home’s wraparound balcony. Back inside, the quaint kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage and counter space.

The bedrooms are just as sunny as the main living area. Each room is colorfully painted and adorned with simple but elegant beach décor. In the primary suite, you will find a queen-size bed, desk, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom includes two twin bunks, while another features two twin beds. Both guest rooms share a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

When you stay at Dune Betty, you will not only enjoy cozy living accommodations but the perks of its great location as well. Its perfect location offers convenient access to the beach, a coastal dune lake, restaurants and shops, and other amusements found in the cute beach towns of 30A. The beach is less than a five-minute walk from the property and can be accessed via the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. Draper Lake is only a few minutes away and is the perfect place to paddleboard, kayak, birdwatch, or fish. A few close restaurants include Goatfeathers, Café Tango, and Local Catch Bar and Grill. The nearby Gulf Place Town Center features various must-visit spots, such as the Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee Co., Pizza by the Sea, Coastal Paradise, and Soho Beach. When you’re ready, take your explorations even further by checking out the shops, events, and restaurants that make each of the neighboring coastal towns on Scenic Highway 30A unique.
