Just as the listing described. It’s a great place to stay. The mattresses are unbelievably comfortable! The view of the gulf is beautiful!

This was the perfect place for our family. It was clean and in a great location. The rooms were perfect sizes and we were impressed with the size of the balcony. We would stay here again!!

Great location!

Windward Pointe was situated in a great location central to many great spots to visit in Orange Beach. The traffic was exceptionally light considering the time of year. The unit was just as described and just steps to the gulf waters. My family stated that they would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great condo!

The condo was in a great location and was clean and very comfortable for our stay. The balcony was wonderful and perfect for having meals outside. The staff reached out via text before and during our stay which was great; we had no issues and found the condo to be exactly what we expected from the description. We would definitely return!

Great vacation

WP #1004 was a great stay! Condo was clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great view of the beach and floor plan layout was great. Beds were all very comfortable. Balcony was double the size of any condo we’ve ever stayed which was a huge plus. Watched dolphins every morning!! Parking lot was full and we never waited on an elevator. Great location and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The only downfall I would say be prepared to buy everything at the store as in hand soap, salt and pepper for example. Other then that it was clean and great location!!

Family friendly beach trip

I loved the layout of this condo! They have a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and it’s decorated beautifully. The condo building was overall quiet and well laid out. We loved the trash receptacle drop and the reserved parking. The beach and pools were clean and easy to access. The indoor pool and hot tub were our favorite! The only negative was that they were doing balcony construction while we visited, so there was a lot of noise and our balcony was closed.

Summer Vacay 2021

Very nice condo with great views and beach access! We had a memorable time here and will definitely come again. We did notice the oven temp does not reach/regulate to set temperature. Probably needs servicing. Otherwise, very nice!

It was fine, really!

Overall, this property was ok. It was not particularly clean when we arrived. And, both bathrooms could use some significant renovations. The washer and dryer were very small, and the washer sounded like it was about to blast off every time we used it. Again, it was fine, really…but we’ve certainly stayed in nicer units in the same price point.

Perfect family vacation!

My family of four has stayed at a few different places at Orange Beach, but I really loved this one. The location is perfect. Central to everything you need. I love that every unit in the building is gulf front. The Dream Catcher is right in the middle of the building. The new owner has redecorated, and it looks wonderful. There is even a note on the fridge telling us we are one of the first renters and apologizing that the refrigerator didn’t match the other appliances. That was really sweet. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay and were more than satisfied. I am keeping this property bookmarked for our next visit!

Last minute New Years trip

My family enjoyed our stay at this place. It was a great week. Weather was chilly but we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and enjoying the basketball and tennis courts. The unit was nice. It fit our family nice. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of pans, dishes etc. The only thing I’d say needs to be addressed would be the washing machine. It was very off balance and very loud when we tried to use it. Overall I’d highly recommend this and would love to come back and stay here again.

All and all great

Property was great. Condo great other than a few things could have been cleaner. The rugs were very dirty. Their was an open small bottle of body was with the lid off on top of the shower ledge and the master quilt smelled like a ladies perfume. I would hope they would be washed before new people arrive.

False advertising

There was construction the entire time we were there. Was told we could access our balcony and pool and wasn’t able too. Tried reaching the rental company multiple times and they avoided speaking with many of us guests there. A jack hammer was going from 7:45 am till 5:30 every day! It was miserable

Needing Upgrades

This unit was a very nice, centrally located unit. The views and patio furniture was perfect! Everyone in my family had plenty of room to spread out. There are a few upgrades that are needed before I can give this unit a 5 star ranking. The appliances need to be upgraded because they are "well used". The kitchen was lacking in cooking tools. Basic necessities are there but nothing more. The master shower head had a major leak where it was attached to the wall, causing water to spray onto the wall and all over the ceiling. The unit was nice and quiet which was a plus for my family.The indoor pool area is fair but the exercise room had many machines that were rusted due to constant humidity in the room. Overall we had a good stay. I would recommend Windward Point, but suggest looking at all options.

Great room terrible experience

We went to Windward pointe knowing that there would be some construction but was reassured all amenities were still open upon walking the property the night of arrival the main outdoor pool was closed. Which was very frustrating. I messaged the property manager that night of how i was disappointed. The next morning at 8am sharp was when the trip took a horrendous turn for the worst. A jack hammer right above our condo woke everyone instantly. I could not even speak to my partner that was laying in the bed next to me without screaming. I immediately got on the phone with the booking agency. I got put on hold multiple times and then finally at about 9:30am after non stop calling they said they were working on it. At about 11 i still received no phone call so i called and then informed me the girl that was working on it went home sick. At this point i am so confused and frustrated i called directly back and asked for a refund for the rest of the trip. That we would be leaving right then because no one should have to listen to a jack hammer for 10 hours non stop. Our vacation is was ruined. The condo it’s self was very spacious and beautiful it’s just the property with the construction. No one should have to endure that type of construction work. they shouldn’t be booking anymore guests until construction is over.
