Excellent conditions, good restaurants around

Me and my family enjoyed a lot our stay. Good accommodation for a family with kids, friendly owners, very good support from Valia who helped us to book and be accommodated. Don't miss the restaurants in the village, near the villa, great view and food, very friendly staff !

Wonderful time in Sellia

Perfect house and stunning view, our host was kind, helpful and open to every request, we had a great time in Crete and hopefully we’ll come back some day.

Beautiful views from a very well equipped villa. Local village restaurants were fabulous.

Extremely well presented villa with everything you need for a relaxing break. Views are spectacular. Walk to the local village is tough.... uphill and about 20 mins... would recommend a car! Local restaurants are super. Simple food but exceptional quality and a really friendly service. Great value too.

Best view of plakias

Sweet small apartment, nicely decorated, two terraces, pool cleaned every day, everything you need is included in the house, walk to mini market in Sellia and two taverns, down to Plakias beach and many stores and taverns (Gialos our favourite). Up to individual to visit around this place. Owners very charming, considerate and left us with various goodies for our arrival. Surprise, I will not tell you.

Very fantastic view in a beautiful Villa

The most best thing we enjoyed there: The view is extremly fantastic! For you holiday in one of this Sellia Villa's you have to know this: The Sellia Villas are a little bit outside from the mountain-village "Sellia", with a fantastic view to plakias, the sea and the mountains around. It is >not< inside of mass-tourist, this also means the next supermarket is some minutes away ;-) When you know this and you are looking for that - relaxing holiday in a villa with your own pool - then you are perfect there. My wife and me, both 27j (a little bit young eh, not the standard customers ;-D), enjoyed 8 nights in may 2016 in one of this villa. I guess we were one of the first customers (or just the really first!), everything was very new equipped. - Internet: Very good! There are 3 WLAN-HotSpots available, for every Villa one Hotspot bot you can use all together depends on the best signal power. - Equipment: A very own pool, a fully eqipped kitchen (even an ofen and dishwasher!), satelite TV with German Stations (Pro7/RTL2/Sat1/Kabel1 and every other german station) and other language channels. Big fridge and icebox. And there is also a barbecue/Grill which we used for at least 4 evenings. You really dont need more, everything is there. - Parking: Directly in front of the house. Some other informations: The way down to Plakias takes 10-20 Minutes by car (narrow, step roads), it depends on the route you take. The next Mini Market is in Sellia Village, a steep road above, so, lazy people as we are take the car for this very short range too ;-) (2 Minutes). Customer Service: You can tell them everything you need, they are helping you immediately. For example we asked for a grid for the grill and got this in the next morning immediately. And one time the internet maked trouble, but they repaired it in 1 hour. And is there anything bad? Not really - only one thing happened to us: The cleaning lady was one day in front of the door (12 o'clock) to clean the house inside when we are not awaiting here (we expected her only at sunday, not wednesday). My wife was still sleeping so she waked up therefore. (But it was 12 o'clock, so, time to stand up anyway.) In summary we had a great time there. For everybody who is looking for holiday outside of the tourists-stress will find there what he is looking for.

Wunderschönes Quartier mit tollem Panoramablick

Toller Aufenthalt im wahnsinnig schönem Quartier, wenn jemand die Ruhe sucht ist man da genau Richtig. Schöne Einrichtung, große Terrasse mit Pool . Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gerne wieder

Super schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber waren super nett-man hat sich gefühlt wie nach Hause kommen. Selbst die Verpflegung für die ersten Tage wurde bereitgestellt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Fußläufig gibt es schöne Tavernen und einen tollen Schmuckladen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ruhiges Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht Plakia

Die Eigentümerin des Hauses hat uns persönlich begrüßt und wir fanden viele Aufmerksamkeiten (Wein, Bier, Wasser, Knabbereien, Lebensmittel, Kaffee ...) vor, die uns auf einen gemütlichen Urlaub eingestimmt haben. Das Haus ist genauso wie im Beschrieb und auf den Fotos dargestellt! - besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen (Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich). Unterhalb von Sellia sehr ruhig gelegen (kein Hundegebelle oder Hühner etc.). Die Terrasse mit der überbauten Sitzfläche ist sehr gut nutzbar, da sonnengeschützt zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Möbel sehr bequem. Für wen es wichtig ist, es gibt komplett umfassendes deutsches Fernsehen. Begeistert hat uns die Dusche wegen des hohen Wasserdrucks und wegen der 1 zu 1 dichten Duschabtrennung (selten so professionell vorgefunden). Auch erwähnenswert , das Haus wurde alle 4-5 Tage grundgereinigt und es frische Handtücher, Pooltücher und frische Bettwäsche. Überhaupt hat das Haus ein Top-Ausstattung - es fehlt an nichts! Wir können das Haus voll umfänglich weiter empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil ist die Wassertemperatur des Pools (sehr frisch, obgleich es 30 Grad Außentemperatur hatte). Da würde die Eigentümerin gut daran tun, eine Wärmepumpe nachzurüsten). ABER wir möchten betonen, dass das der einzige Punkt war, der uns nicht 100%ig gefallen hat. Gerne kommen wir wieder. P.S. sowohl Plakia als auch Sellia selbst hat kulinarisch viele Highlights und in Plakia ganz viele Bademöglichkeiten.

Entsprechend der Beschreibung

Ausblick war sehr schön. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Der Pool war leider viel zu kalt, trotz der warmen Temperaturen, somit konnten wir ihn überhaupt nicht nutzen. Gastgeber waren ansonsten hilfsbereit.

Location géniale et hôte incroyable !

Parfaite maison avec une vue impressionnante sur la baie de Plakias. La maison n'est pas immense mais de bonne taille pour 4. L'intérieur est très propre et décoré avec soin. L'extérieur est un vrai havre de beauté et tranquillité. La piscine était nettoyée tous les jours et le ménage a été fait à mi-séjour. A noter: l'extrême gentillesse de l'hôte qui est une personne aux petits soins pour ses invités, avec beaucoup de délicates attentions. Un accueil exceptionnel.

Besser geht einfach nicht!

Herzlichen Dank an Valia und Eva! Ich habe schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber der Service war einfach erstklassig. Das Ferienhaus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet; wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La villa dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment en famille. Je soulignerai l'accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la propriétaire. Les photos du site respectent la réalité. La vue vers Plakias est superbe, tant de jour que de nuit.

Hervorragende Aussicht

Geniale Aussicht, ein Zimmer etwas klein dafür mit Doppelbett das andere größer aber mit Einzelbetten Insgesamt könnte man gerne mehr Flächen brauchen zum ablegen oder ein Regal vor oder im Bad. Gerne auch ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen..Grüße Uta und Rolf Wicke

Schöner Urlaub

Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse- mit etwas Glück segelt auch mal ein Geier vorbei. Wirklich schönes Pool. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es war sehr sauber. Im Haus gibt es eine Steintreppe- mit kleinen Kindern muss man etwas aufpassen. Schön ist auch der Balkon wo man der Mittagssonne etwas entkommen kann. Die Mietwagenfirma Best Cars die vom Vermieter empfohlen wird, war hervorragend- Auto wurde zum Hotel in Iraklion geliefert und war top. Plakias hat eine große Auwahl von Tavernen mit gutem Essen und schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber für den netten Empfang und für die schöne Zeit!

Eine wundervolle Woche!

Traumhafte Lage, sehr ruhig, Panoramablick über die Plakias Bucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Einziger Makel: Das Bad ist klein, damit kann man leben, aber es gibt keinerlei Ablage und viel zu wenige Handtuchhalter. Es wäre schön, wenn hier nachgebessert werden könnte

12 Tage Urlaub in der Villa Michalis, eine der 5 Selia Villas.

Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütliche Couch mit Sessel und über Sat kann man das deutsche Fersehprogramm empfangen. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und zum Empfang wurden Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Gewürze, Zucker, Softdrinks und Ölivenöl bereitgestellt. Eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßungsgeschenk gehörte ebenfalls dazu. Wir wohnten zu zweit in der Villa und für uns war das Bad mit Badewanne im oberen Stockwerk ausreichend. Die Villa wird aber für 4 Personen angeboten und dann könnte es eng werden, obwohl sich unten eine zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken befindet. In den beiden Schlafzimmern im oberen Stockwerk stehen große Schränke mit sehr viel Stauraum. Ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein geraten. Von den Schlafzimmern gelangt man auf die Balkonterrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf's Meer. Der Außenbereich wird von dem großen Pool mit 4 Liegen beherrscht. Auch von hierhat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Nachmittags bietet die überdachte Terrasse vor der Eingangstür guten Schutz vor der Sonne und man kann dort gemütlich Kaffee trinken. Die Anfahrt zur Villa aus Richtung Sellia oder Plakias erfordert etwas fahrerisches Geschick, ist aber gut zu bewältigen. Jede Villa hat ihren eigenen Parkplatz. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Villa Michalis sehr gut gefallen. Auf kleinere Unzugänglichkeiten will ich hier nicht eingehen, sie machen den Charm der Villa aus. Ich kann nur empfehlen, bei auftretenden Problemen telefonischen Kontakt mit Valia oder Eleana, der Haushälterin vor Ort, aufzunehmen. Sie sind für alle Hinweise zur Verbesserung ihres Services dankbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ruhige Villa mit traumhaften Blick

Insbesondere der Blick aus fast allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Jeden Morgen haben wir den Sonnenaufgang über Plakias und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über Souda Bay genossen. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt, doch leider konnten wir ihn im Oktober kaum nutzen, da er unbeheizt ist und das Meer mit angenehmen 24 Grad verlockender war. Gerne haben wir allerdings die bequemen Liegen am Pool genutzt. Ein Sonnenschirm für heiße Tage wäre wünschenswert, da es ansonsten kaum Schatten gibt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (auch Kapselmaschine) und Mikrowelle. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß mit Einbauschränken. Lediglich das Bad könnte größer sein, ist aber für 3 Personen auch ausreichend. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig. Ein Mietwagen ist unerlässlich.

Der Blick ist traumhaft

Alles war sehr schön. . Aber das Autofahren muss man können. Und das Objekt ist sehr schlecht zu finden. Man sollte am Besten ein Treffpunkt vorher vereinbaren. Service Reinigung war spitze
