Seriously best location on the island! House had plenty of space for 7 adults and a baby. Paul was easy to communicate with and very kind. With all the new builds going up, the old ocean city charm of this house was exactly what we were looking for. Place was clean and welcoming. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely stay again!

Great house and location

We surprised my mom with a last minute weekend to the beach. We couldnā€™t have been happier with the house and itā€™s location. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed sitting out on the second floor balcony watching the ocean! We definitely would stay again at the house. Paul was great to work with for the accommodations.

The property was homey, comfortable. It met our needs very well! Loved the area in OCNJ. Quiet neighborhood. We had a nice,relaxing time! Owner responded right away to our ?'s, when needed. First time renting a home! Would do it again!

Great family week

We really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous location. While an older home, itā€™s evident that this home is meticulously cared for and maintained. Itā€™s clearly not ā€œjust a rentalā€ but a family home that is used by and cared for by the owners. We appreciated the communication and cleanliness. We have 5 teenagers (and a grandfather) who were happy to each have their own twin bed without the need to share.

Paul has been excellent to work with from the start! He answered every question fully, provided excellent details about everything, worked with my family on all aspects! I have family on the Goldcoast and the location of this home couldnā€™t have been better. The home is exactly that, a home. It doesnā€™t come off being a rental which made our stay even better! Plenty of room with access to everything

We had a great week staying at the house. We had lots of room so that we werenā€™t on top of each other and were able to enjoy having our dog with us and not having him cooped up. The upstairs deck was fabulous for anytime of the day, especially in the morning for breakfast and watching the ocean. We loved sitting out there late at night and hearing the ocean. too! Paul was great to work with. The home was so comfortable and we were one block away from the end of the boardwalk, so it was easy to walk the entire length of the boardwalk and back on any given night.

Ocean City Charm

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Paulā€™s home in ocean city. We were just a hop skip and a jump to the beach which was really wonderful for my grandmother to be able to take trips back and forth from the beach to the house. We really enjoyed sitting on the lower and upper deck with views of the ocean and you could hear it at night. We got up a few times to see the sunrise and only needed a minute to walk down to the beach and catch it. The home had everything we needed and it was great to have the garage for storage. Paul was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Paulā€™s home has a lot of character.

Perfect home if you want to spread out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The home was comfortable, clean and so convenient to the beach. Large living and dining areas were great to have. it was quiet at night, but still close enough to the boardwalk and all the activities. the only con was the TV didn't have an HD MI port for my son's xbox, and since it rained a lot our week, we needed it. But overall an excellent vacation home!

A quiet area, a convenient location and a homey home

For the most part we were very happy with the house... a couple of comforts missing (like an automatic coffeemaker and sheets and towels) but mostly it was very nice. Felt like home. Right across the street from the beach, only a mile from the boardwalk - We will definitely go back!
