A quiet mountainous turn-key vacation rental sequestered in the trees complete with comfortable furnishings, granite slab countertops, slate floors, rock fireplace, extensive wood paneling and accents, electronics, all appliances, linens, etc. Enjoy the PRIVATE spa on the deck after a long day of skiing or hiking!

Located across from Heavenly's Stagecoach lift with only a short walk to the slope for skiing enthusiasts. Perfectly located for all the outdoor fun and activities that Lake Tahoe is known for, including a community outdoor pool and communal spa arena (in addition to the unit’s private spa) and mountain biking and hiking trails for avid outdoors adventurists and family alike. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet included along with smart flatscreen TVs and a DVD player in the living room. This is a top unit in a building of four other units, with its own exterior entrance accessed by steps directly from the parking area, and it has a private master bedroom and bathroom on the unit's second floor. A cute, cozy spot that is walkable to and from Heavenly's Stagecoach lift and lodge. Kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub - it was a great way to end the day after skiing. Host was very responsive to communication throughout the booking process, and was quick to reply and handle some issues that occurred during our stay. One thing to note before booking - we counted about 85 steps up from the street before reaching the condo. Just make sure you're good with that before booking.

This condo was perfect for our family of four ski vacation. The condo was clean, well equipped, great layout and the hot tub was a nice extra. I will mention there are quite a few steps - 87 to be exact - so not for any elderly visitors. Communication with the owner was also easy and timely. They were definitely interested in making sure we had a great day. Highly recommend.

Great Place

We had a great time here in Lake Tahoe. This place was perfect for us and walking distance to the Stagecoach lift which made it very convenient for skiing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Stay!

The private hot tub is incredible. Such a treat after a long day of skiing! Place is super cute. We came as a couple but would bring our kids next time! Don’t let the stairs stop you. Totally worth it!

Family Weekend at Heavenly

The condo was perfect for 3 adults. Very cozy and clean. Excellent location. Hot tub for the win! Hosts were great and fast to communicate when needed. Great place for a ski or summer vacation!

Spring Ski Trip

Incredible location for easy access to Heavenly Mountain via the Stagecoach Lift. The condo is beautiful with plenty of space and a wonderful layout. The host is extremely helpful and responsive, and was especially helpful with some tips/advice as we were due to arrive at the end of some heavy winter weather. Do be aware that you need to climb quite a few stairs to get to the unit- we had no problem, but if stairs are an issue for you, there is no avoiding the climb.

Ski Trip

The place was great for my trip. Just two of us in the place so plenty of room. Hot tub was hot and worked as it should. Lots of steps from the where you park the car, so if you are elderly or really out of shape it could be an issue. Close to the ski lift. Quiet and building sits by itself so you get the mountain vibe. Place is great for a smaller ski group.

Amazing location, place and owner

Convenient to two heavenly locations - walk to one, short drive to other. Place felt like a warm welcoming ski lodge home with a lot of nice touches and decor to accent the place. Awesome windows to watch snow fall. Owner was very supportive, helpful and communicative! We would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay in Cozy Treehouse Like Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Heavenly! It truly felt like a cozy treehouse, nestled among the trees with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space had everything we needed for our ski vacation, making it a perfect home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living area was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was just what we were looking for.The stairs are definitely a workout, but they weren’t an issue for us—they just added to the adventure! If you're looking for a charming, well-equipped spot close to the slopes, this is it. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fun time in Tahoe

We had a great time in Tahoe. The condo was beautiful and my kids loved the hot tub and having their own room. There were a lot of steps to get to the condo, and it took a little while to get to the lake, but the price was fair and the weather was perfect. Thanks for a great trip.

Comfortable stay in a very nice location

Excellent/communicative host and Beautiful spacious interiors; I actually think the pictures don't do it justice as it was larger and more spacious than I'd thought it would be. Property is quiet and peaceful and everything in good working order. The property isn't "ski in/ski out" as the VRBO filters suggested, but the listing is accurate (1,000 ft from slopes). Just know that you'll be carrying your gear but it's only a short distance and closer than half of the resort's parking. Overall this was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, thank you!!!

Not a good rental in the summer months

This is a winter rental. Not good for the summer. No A/C and no screens on slider or many of the windows makes the property useless during the day in the summer. Cools down at night, but with the lack of screens or intact screens on most of the windows/doors, makes this property purely a 3 season rental only. House number is not lit, difficult to check in late at night, and many uneven steps to access the property makes checking in with luggage a challenge.

Lovely getaway!

We were unfortunate to visit when there was no snow - but we were a short walk from Stagecoach lodge and lift. Would've been perfect! Instead, we got to hang out in a great cabin that was large enough for the three of us to not feel cramped. Solid kitchen with great cooking essentials (regular pans, not abused teflon!), lovely fireplace, some board games, and comfortable seating. Lovely hosts!

A week to get away from Texas heat

Great property and met our needs. One suggestion- the large windows need some type of covering. The condo really heated up during the day from the sun. Power to the area was lost during our stay for 24 hours and it got hot with no fans running to the point sleep was tough one night.

I loved the property

Inaccurate on the ski in and ski out. There was a walk to the lift uphill on the street. TV service was poor with weak WiFi. If this doesn’t bother you a perfect place to stay. The whirlpool really made it enjoyable.

Amazing Condo at Heavenly

We stayed during a VERY snowy week and had a fantastic time. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We felt very much at home there. The hot tub was awesome, views were so beautiful we didn't watch TV, just looked out the picture window. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs, but Jose cleared the steps for us every morning. He's great. The Stagecoach lodge stored our skis which made the stair climb much less of an issue. Just be nice and tip the folks in the ski shop. Would stay here again for sure!
