This 3rd floor, fully renovated 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa is only steps to the beach and pool and is perfect for families who want a villa with sophisticated finishes that feel like a home instead of a cheaply furnished rental. The ocean is just outside and can watch the dolphins from the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises!
Walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes.

The large living area has plenty of seating that includes an extra large sofa , 2 leather recliners and a large 65ā€ flat screen TV (ROKU) with complimentary Netflix and Blu-Ray player for your enjoyment.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 50ā€ flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The large second bedroom is like a primary bedroom with 9ā€™ ceilings, and is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.


The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a ROKU TV and has it's own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo for bathing the little ones after a day on the beach.

All bedrooms have windows, two with a view of the ocean.

Highest quality mattresses by Stearns and Foster, Beautyrest and Sealy ensure you and your family will sleep well! Mattresses are all medium firmness.

Captainā€™s Walk offers one of the best panoramic ocean views on the island. With each building parallel to the dunes, you will feel immersed in the sand and surf. Paved walkways on the grounds converge on the oceanfront pool and a private beach boardwalk with showers.

We pledge to provide a clean and well-maintained villa to all our guests.
Regular maintenance is performed throughout the year to ensure that the HVAC and all appliances are in excellent working condition. The villa is deep cleaned twice a year in late Spring and Fall. The deep cleaning involves moving furniture and beds to clean underneath. The inside every of every cabinet, drawer and bathroom vanity will also be cleaned. During the high season, departure cleanings will ensure that all solid surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, the kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and the floors are vacuumed and mopped.

The villa consistently receives excellent ratings for cleanliness. An independent inspector inspects after every cleaning to make sure the villa is ready for the next guests' arrival.

We also have on-site property managers who can respond quickly if a guest needs help.

Have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for 30 plus years this is the best condo. We have ever had. Everything you need. Comfortable beds and the recliners are wonderful! Fabulous view. Owners responsive east check in and out! We will be back.

First time and best time in Hilton Head

This vacation spot was the best. We had everything we needed . 3 bedrooms with king beds in two of them and the bonus were the two queen beds in the third bedroom. My grandchildren are use to queen beds at home and they always end up in a twin so they loved it. The elevator and hotel cart made the trip to the 3rd floor so easy! I loved the heated pool and access to the beach was so easy and my husband has a bad knee. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Ladies Week!

There were 5 adults and one teenager in our group. The condo is outstanding. Each bedroom has a bathroom, and the primary bathroom is lovely. Oceanfront, less than five minute walk out onto the beach. We biked to everything, including the grocery store and breakfasts out. Furniture very comfortable and balcony view superb! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location of this condo. Very close to the beach. We could sit on the balcony and watch the beach or all the wildlife in the backyard (birds, rabbits, and deer!) We loved the entire community! We rode bikes to explore and went to the general store several times. The set up in the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Having multiple beds in two rooms work so much better for us. It is not a ā€œhigh riseā€ resort so itā€™s more laid back and we love that. We rented umbrella chairs several days and it was affordable and very convenient. Everyone was so friendly. The only thing that we noticed is we didnā€™t have great phone reception in parts of the condo but that could be our provider because our son didnā€™t have that problem. This was our first time in Hilton Head and after exploring the island, Palmetto Dunes was our favorite area and we will be going back! This was a great place and I would recommend!

Disappointed with unit.

The location is ideal as it's right on the beach and there are wonderful bike and walking paths nearby. In addition, the owner was very nice and professional. However, upon check-in we encountered an issue with a strong odor in a bathroom and bedroom. The odor smelled like either a pet had been kept in the rooms (cat odor?), OR, it could have been more chemical in nature. The odor was so strong that the bedroom could not be slept in. In other words, we paid for a 3 bedroom but got a 2 bedroom. On top of this, there was a leak in the ceiling from either the frig, ice maker, or air conditioning unit from the unit above 413. The leak was not as concerning as we understand that things can happen. However, back to the odor. The owner contacted the management company. I waited all day Sunday for someone to come but no one came. Monday, Ron came by early who walked into the bathroom and bedroom with me and he immediately agreed that there was a strong odor. This visit was followed up the next day by someone from the management company who did a walk through while we were at the beach. Evidently the company rep said the odor was not bad, which we disagree with. IT WAS VERY OVERWHELMING AND PRESENT THE ENTIRE WEEK. The management company did offer to give us another unit, however, where it was located was not disclosed. The bottom line was we did not want to move as I am recovering from back surgery and the thought of moving everything again was too much to deal with. In addition, we stayed at Captains Walk because we were with 4 other families - all staying there as well. We wanted to be close to them. Later in the week two other women did come again and do a walk through while we were though. One of them was very dismissive and rather abrupt. She could have been a bit more pleasant since we were paying for a 3 bedroom, and again, using only 2 because of the odor. The main bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and living room are nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. However, the unit could use a good cleaning. For example, the headpost on the bed was very dusty. There were bars of soap - with hair sticking to them - left in two bathrooms which we found at check-in. The baseboards need wiped down as well. The area rugs need cleaned or replaced. In closing, I'm giving the unit a 3 rating, only because the owner was very nice and attentive.

cozy condo

this condo is very cozy and welcoming. It does not feel fancy or too modernā€¦ It really feels like a beachside place. I personally like that. The space is well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner provided excellent communication. I will say that there are a few small issues to know about. I messaged the owner about a little bit of care that needed to be taken with burnt out lightbulbs etc. First of all there are no condimentsā€¦ I mean no salt, no pepper, no coffee filters etc. anywhere in the condo. Bring everything that you need in the kitchen including dishwashing detergent. The starter supplies are exactly what they sayā€¦ Starter supplies. For a weeks day you will need to bring paper towels toilet paper etc.

Plenty of space for 6 adults! We did fit a crib in one of the rooms, and it worked out just fine. We enjoyed the beach chairs and tent available, too. The view each morning is fantastic. The walk to the pool and beach (a short boardwalk away) was amazing, especially with kids and STUFF! The kitchen was a little tight for 6 adults but we managed just fine! The owners were incredibly responsive and we have no doubt we will be back!
