A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

A wonderful experience in all regards. Any communication with the owner was promptly answered, the property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and just what we wanted.

Wonderful Villa

The villa was great - clean, well-equipped, comfortable, quiet save for the sound of the odd passing cyclist and the chickens (but 10 mins drive to the nearest big supermarket). Gorgeous pool and gardens! Friendly and welcoming hosts too, we had the best time - thank you both.

Great house with private pool

Spacious and clean finca with a big private pool located in a rural location near the small charming village Selva. It was a great base for exploring the western and northern part of the island. The hosts where very helpful and responded promptly to our questions.

Fabulous villa and location

The hosts, Josep and Joana were incredibly friendly when they met us on our arrival. The villa was spotlessly clean, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the location was ideal for a private and secluded holiday. The villa is ideally situated for some great cycling. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and tranquil

A beautiful finca in a beautiful area! If you’re looking for a stay away from it all, to walk to little towns and villages, then this is the place for you. If you hire a car no where is too far away to visit other areas on the island. Friendly and attentive hosts, on hand should you need them. Thank you ☺️

Beautiful Family Finca

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well cared for finca. The location is perfect for a family with a car and of the island can be explored. We all loved the pool, especially the children. The local village of Selva is quiet and peaceful. Joana and her family were kind, helpful and communicated well with us during our stay. We would love to return to this finca and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Joana for a lovely holiday!

Immaculate property with stunning views

We were personally greated when we arrived, and shown around this beautiful finca. Everything was immaculate - even the garden area was perfectly tendered and spotlessly clean. Each evening we sat outside and enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding area whilst taking a dip in the good-sized pool. Communication was excellent from start to finish with all of our needs being met. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your finca, we will most certainly return.

Amazing house and the greatest hosts

We had the best stay in villa caimari. The house was so clean and nice when we arrived. Joana and her father welcomed us with open arms, even though we arrived later than expected. They even made sure there was some food and water for us on arrival. The sweetest hosts who made sure we had a great stay. The house and pool was so nice. Perfekt for our family of 3 (also if you are 4). So all in all - 5 stars from us. Definently not the last time we will visit this little piece of heaven.

Tranquil home from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is secluded and rural enough for some real peace and quiet yet close enough to Selva that you can walk in approximately 15 mins or drive in under 5 mins. Joana was very responsive answering my questions and also assisted with a few requests when we were staying at the property. The finca is immaculate inside and out and the garden/grounds are well established and maintained. The terrace was perfect for late afternoon drinks and dinner and we made use of the bbq facilities. The swimming pool is a very good size and easily accessible from the house and garden. We would happily stay at this property again.

Wonderful finca

We had a really wonderful stay at this gorgeous little finca in the foothills of the mountains! The owners were so lovely, helpful, and accommodating, even giving us some of the delicious vegetables from their lovely huerta (and a local recipe to use them in, gracias Joana!). The pool is perfect for a family and the views stunning from the beautiful terraza, perfect to spent the days and evenings on with a glass of local wine after cooking on the amazing bbq! The nearby town of Inca has a fabulous indoor market and weekly outdoor ones with wonderful local produce, plus lovely cafes in the church square to enjoy a cafe and desayuno. For a tranquil getaway in a different and very Mallorca feeling area of the island this really was just what we were looking for, gracias a Joana y Josep 😊

Holidays

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Finca Can Pereo! We were warmly welcomed by Josep and Joana. Everything was wonderful and exactly as described. We immediately felt at home. It was wonderful to linger on the terrace or jump into the pool. The view of the nearby mountains was particularly beautiful. The garden is lovingly maintained and just as beautiful to look at. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and also felt at home in the beautiful house. The finca is a great starting point for many excursions. Josep and Joana were always on hand with advice. Beautiful oasis in the Tramuntana region

We (3 friends) stayed a week and felt home as soon as we arrived. The finca is exactly as described and super clean. The pool is big enough to swim a few laps. The grill outside was a big plus. And the rooms were spacious enough for two people (per each room). The kitchen had all daily supplies for cooking: a coffee machine and mocha pot, water heater, toaster, microwave and kitchenware. The washing machine was also good to wash our clothes and hang them on the dryer rack outside. We had our own parking space directly at the house inside the house gate. With close walking distance there were some very nice restaurants (~20Min). For daily supply I would recommend to go by car (10 Min) to the next city. All in all the location is awesome for a chill out time and have a relaxing and quiet holiday. But also a good starting point for tours to every other region (went to Port de Soller ~30Min and Alcudia or Cala D'Or which where only ~1 hour away). Hikers and bikers will be happy to know that you are already in the Tramuntana region. Definitely recommend Joana and Josep who were really nice, friendly and helpful. Tolle Finca mit Pool und viel Privatsphäre

Fernab des touristischen Andrangs zu Füßen der Serra de Tramuntana gelegene kleine Finca mit nettem Pool und viel Privatsphäre! Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, überschaubare 30 Minuten von Pollença Strand entfernt. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!!

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Wir konnten mit unseren Freunden eine tolle und erholsame Woche in der Villa von Josep und Joana verbringen😎. Die Einrichtung der Villa entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Portal👍. Die Villa ist mit allem top ausgestattet liegt sehr ruhig und ist perfekt für Ausflüge, Radfahren und Wanderungen im Tramuntata-Gebirge. Die Betreuung durch Josep und seiner Frau war spitze und es fehlte uns an nichts😘😘. Aufgrund des schöne Wetters konnten wir jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken und auch abends den Außengrill genießen. Der Pool war sehr sauber aber leider Anfang Mai noch etwas frisch 😉. Check-in/out 🔑absolut problemlos. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber und Tochter Joana für die guten Tipps und tolle Kommunikation📞. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 👍👍👍👍👍

"Can Pereo" - Natur und Ruhe am Fuße des Tramuntana-Gebirges

Die kleine Finca "Can Pereo" liegt malerisch zwischen Gärten und Olivenhainen am Fuße des Tramuntana-Gebirges (UNESCO-Welterbe) in der Nähe der wunderschönen Dörfer Caimari und Selva. Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Morgens weckt der Hahn und abends küsst die untergehende Sonne das Gebirge. Caimari ist ein idealer Startpunkt für zahlreiche Wander- oder Fahrradtouren. Auch kulinarisch ist einiges geboten: In Caimari verführt das aus "Kitchen Impossible" bekannte Ca Na Toneta zum Dinner zu zweit, kurz vor Selva überzeugt das Grillrestaurant Foc I Caliu die ganze Familie. Wer gerne selbst kocht, findet in der Finca die nötigen Utensilien und in der Stadt Inca gut sortierte Supermärkte, aber auch einen Wochenmarkt. Der freundliche Besitzer Josip hat uns während unserer Urlaubswoche mit frischen Eiern von glücklichen Hühnern, die im Garten der Finca leben, und Salat - ebenfalls aus dem Garten - versorgt. Gracias! Während die Erwachsenen ein Glas Wein auf der schönen und Terrasse genossen haben, erfreuten sich die Kinder am gepflegten - zu Ostern noch frischen - Pool. Ein gemauerter Grill für ein Barbecue ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Finca ist klassisch mallorquinisch eingerichtet, ohne auf eine modernes Bad, Smart-TV, Klimaanlage und Pelletofen für kältere Tage zu verzichten. Etwas dunkel ist der Wohn- und Essbereich, vermutlich um im Sommer die Hitze draußen zu halten. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr sauber und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist die Finca groß genug und im Garten mit vielen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen findet jeder seinen Rückzugsort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank auch für den netten Empfang durch Josips Tochter Joana, die sehr gut Englisch spricht und Fragen während des Aufenthalts gerne unkompliziert beantwortet!

Mallorcinisches Urlaubsgefühl am Rande der Tramuntana

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Mallorca verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage: ein beeindruckender Blick auf die Tramuntana, in die Ebene und einfach einen Orangen- und Kräutergarten. Nicht weit weg von Selva, eine ideale Ausgangslage in den Norden und Richtung Palma! Sobald die Sonne da war, konnten wir draußen frühstücken und die Terrasse und den Garten genießen. Das Haus ist gut unterhalten, die Vermieter freundlich und verlässlich. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
