Villa 'Cape Florida' is a luxurious, newly built villas and situated in the Desirable South East part of Cape Coral, on the South Gulf Coast of Florida, in an area of ​​luxury homes and vacation villas. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms-which have been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen have a 65” a 32" and a 26 "flat screen TV with cable and a 55” in the living room, wireless high speed internet so you can go online when ever you want.

The pool and spa are solar and electric heated and are south west oriented So They gets the sun all day and is very private and not overlooked. There are stunning sunsets from the pool, lanai or the private dock. The villa is situated 12 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous at championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius.

We, as the owners, have been 'involved with building our home from Day One and have lovingly strived to make our villa surethat willprovide the ideal location for your perfect holiday.

· Great room: Nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a beautiful decorated entertainment wall with a 42 inch flat screen TV (cable), stereo in the family room, 2 sliding doors out to the lanai and pool area.

. Dinning room: A large table with 6 chairs, beautifully decorated, for a nice dinner.

· Breakfast area: with table and chairs overlooking pool area and Hoadley canal.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, side by side fridge-freezer with ice-maker, microwave, cookware, toaster, wafflemaker, coffee maker, pantry, breakfast bar with granite countertop.

. Office: Wireless high speed Internet, phone and fax service.

· Master Suite: king size bed, 2 walk-in closets, patio doors opening into the pool area. 42 'TV. Ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, jet tub, hairdryer, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

· Queen Suite 2: Queen size bed, 32 "TV, with built-in wardrobes.

· Queen Suite 3: Queen size bed, 26 "TV, with built-in wardrobes.

· Second bathroom: Single vanity, bathtub with shower, hairdryer, toilet, entrance from the second and third bedroom and entrance to the pool.

· Third bathroom Single vanity, shower, hairdryer, toilet, entrance from the third bedroom and entrance to the pool

· Utility room: Containing washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and sink.

· Garage: oversized garage with remote electric opening by.

· Lanai: large table and 6 chairs for outside dining, BBQ and 4 sunloungers around the pool.

· Pool / Spa: are solar and electric heated and gets lots of sun all day and beautiful sunsets.

· Cooling: central air conditioned and 5 ceiling fans.

· General: Free use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks, all bed linen, kitchen towel, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

· Sorry no smoking (only outside on the patio, please) and no pets allowed.

Gorgeous house in perfect location.

We loved our stay in this lovely property. The swimming pool and spa were amazing. Lots of water toys for the kids to enjoy so they were in the pool every day. There were some kayaks for paddling along the quiet canals and the house is close to the nature preserve so you can easily paddle over there. There were some bikes, which are handy for checking out the reserve as well. You could pretty well avoid using a car since all essentials are within a 5-10 min bike ride. Great location. The house was spotless and well stocked. Hopefully we are lucky enough to be able to return.

Great vacation - good to be back in SW Florida again!

My three teens and I stayed here and had a great time. The house was fantastic, clean and the owners furnished it nicely which made us feel at home, and the notes around the house were thoughtful and helpful. My kids all screamed upon entry and ran to select their bedrooms....beyond excited. We used the pool toys, a provided cooler for driving around and went on a bike ride as well. The kids had an absolute blast. We watched the sunsets at night while in the pool and hot tub, and it's perfectly located near Ft Myers beaches and a hop over to Sanibel/Captiva. We bummed around every day to the area beaches, shopping, swimming, parasailing, shelling, paddle boarding, Captiva dolphin cruise, jet skiing and a banana boat (ouch). The hot tub helped my muscles recover from all said activities. It was great to play all day and come back to the house later in the afternoon to rest, make dinner and relax by the pool or watch a move. Cannot say enough about the lanai and how pretty it is, and the dock. The owners really have provided everything for convenience. This was our first vacation in a few years and it was well worth it. We enjoyed the proximity to Publix and their key lime pies (three), Doc Fords and paid a few visits to Schnappers for root beer floats, Diamondhead for nachos and smoothies, and Sanibel Inn for a rum runner or two. The drives to the beaches were easy and pleasant since you can look at the Gulf on the way. Certainly beats Chicago traffic. The owners were responsive and kind, and we look forward to one day staying there again. This is the first time we've stayed in a house, and we won't stay in a hotel again. We looked at a significant number of properties before selecting this one. You cannot go wrong with this house - it's a peaceful setting and picture perfect. Coming from a house 10 minutes from O'Hare airport, we could hear a pin drop. :) And, if something does go wrong, remember, it's a house...things happen! I would book this house again in a heartbeat, and have already recommended it to family members. Amazing time! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did, and get those pies!

Great family time - didn't want to leave

This home is beautiful. Check in was easy, home was clean and kitchen was well stocked when we arrived. The pool and the spa are wonderful. Pool during the day, spa in the evening. The lounge chairs by the pool could use some cushions on them for comfort, but it was nice to have four loungers. We had a couple issues when we arrived with burnt out lightbulbs and some small "ant like" bugs on the kitchen counter where guests typically put their food, but when we let the owner know, he took care of these issues right away. One of the faucets in the master bath had a constant drip which we made the owner aware of, but it was not fixed during our stay. Also, there was a misunderstanding about the home having an outdoor barbeque grill. I was told there was a grill to use, but the grill is a table top camping grill, and there was no propane left in the cylinder, so we had to purchase that ourselves from the local Lowes. Ultimately we did not end up using the grill because of the hassle of a table top camping grill. The location of this house is great, being so close to all the activity and beaches of Fort Myers, lots of shopping options, and many nearby restaurants. Only down side to the location was the road noise from the highway close by, but we got used to that. We loved this house so much we have already booked again for next year. We are so looking forward to returning to Cape Coral, FL and staying in this beautiful home again.

My family and I enjoyed everything offered at this rental. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Convenient location for all of your shopping needs. The pool and hot tub are fantastic! Highly recommend, and we hope to visit again soon!

Had a good time with a few nuisances!

Overall it was a good time. However a few things to point out-we were asked to wash towels and no laundry soap was provided. Also, no toilet paper so we had to run and buy some. The cleaner left half eaten food on the dryer which questioned the cleanliness. As this all is sounds negative, the pool and hot tub were nice but had some issues we had to call the maintenance company for. The hot tub jets stopped working twice. The house and neighborhood are beautiful besides the few nuisances we experienced.

Beautiful Home

The house was as beautiful! Pool and hot tub were so nice! Heated with solar panels! The house had all the amenities we needed! We had a windstorm one night that blew out a couple screens in the pool area. We called property manager and she came right to the house! Such great service! We used the bicycles and rode to the Eco Preserve only a mile away! We would rent this home again!

This home is located in an area that has easy access to highways, with many restaurants within a few miles. 25-30 minutes to beaches and Historic Fort Meyers. Quiet neighborhood.

This beautiful Gulf-Access home has it all!!

This house was amazing for our family vacation! Husband, son (18 months old), and me. This beautiful GULF-ACCESS home has it all: a LARGE HEATED POOL with SPA, a HUGE LANAI sun deck, over-sized landscaped lot. Pool area was awesome, great views, lots of seating options. We took the kayaks out a few times and there were several bikes in the garage as well, which we didn't use, but they're there. Fort Myers beach is 30 minutes away, but the Yacht club community beach was only about 12 minutes away. We did both. Beach chairs were all available to bring (located in the garage). That was awesome. Everything we needed in the kitchen and just a huge, gorgeous house. Publix and Walmart grocery stores literally a mile down the road - perfect. Convenient! Awesome stay with the family! We will be returning to Cape Coral!

Absolutly Gorgeous

My family and I stayed here for our annual 2 week vacation and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful Villa. It is exactly as the pictures depict -- even better. The property was immaculate inside and out and everything was practically brand new. The heated pool was awsome, the layout was great and the Villa had everything in amenities we could ask for in. I can't emphasize enough how thorough this owner is in ensuring everything was taken care of. We spent most of our time in the pristine pool and the kids loved fishing off the dock. There is a beautiful beach at the Yacht Club only minutes away and it is a very short drive to Fort Myers beach. Had a rental boat delivered right to the dock and spent the day on the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Villa with us. We'll be back again next year and the next and the next. I will recommend to everyone. Till next year.

Super and made our vacation !!!

The house was amazing! It was cozy with all great amenities. We felt at home the moment we stepped into the house. It has a pool and hot tub. The house is very spacious and i liked the open floor plan. The openness and high ceilings in this house makes very spacious. The kitchen is inviting and large enough. Each bedroom is more than spacious. Love that you can access the screened in outdoor pool from two of the bedrooms. Overall, we more than enjoyed our stay here and have already booked our next vacation here as well. The owner is accommodating, and the communication was prompt. Thanks for a great vacation, but more importantly great memories!!

Best Vacation Home Ever

My family and I happily returned to Villa Cape Florida and found it to be beter than ever. The house feels like a home. It is well decorated and maintained and the owners responsive and attentive. It met all of our needs and more. Of course, the perfect weather and good fishing helped! If you are looking for a beautiful homey place with class, Villa Cape Coral is your vacation house. We are already working on our next booking!!

COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT

PRO'S: Love the Island Cove Area/centrally located for food and shopping House was meticulously clean Nice bedroom layout/master on opposite side of Villa than the other two bedrooms Three bathrooms for the three bedrooms/two being inclusive Pool area gets sun all afternoon/big bonus Plenty of seating inside and out Gorgeous landscaping/mixture of tropicals and succulents Price includes total of six people/huge bonus if you're having guests! Management company was quick to respond to all issues Owner was very pleasant to work with, for the most part CON'S: The stated square footage must include the lanai and pool area./no way it's 3131sq. ft. inside. That should be clarified on listing. Actual Kitchen/Living Room area was a little tight. Lack of stools and table pushed up against wall helps An excess of artificial flowers and shells detract from the otherwise tasteful decor No outside grill, shower, drying rack, or pool toys for children An average canal view/boat canopy blocks a good portion of it House being built across canal so there was a lot of noise. Not the most attractive view either (Not the owners fault, just bad timing) Coolers provided but found no ice packs to go in them No beach chairs, toys or umbrellas provided Utility charge was not as stated. Considerably higher than what the utility company (LCEC) quoted me and 23% higher than what we were charged at a previous Villa, in the same subdivision, where we stayed 16 days prior to arriving here. (Don't question the owner though. Just be aware of it going in.) We have stayed at four different Villas in Cape Coral over the past 3 years, this one being the smallest, most expensive and the one we liked the least. That being said, I want to be fair here, this place is well above average, extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We stay for an extended length of time and therefore are looking for more than what the average vacationer would be. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Villa. You just have to know what to expect going in. We ourselves though, will not be returning. We actually booked our vacation rental for next year just days after arriving here. Enjoy Cape Coral. We LOVE it!!!

It was an AMAZING stay

We just got back from a week stay in this lovely and gorgeous home and can't wait to go back!! The real thing is more beautiful than the photos. The owners of this property were great for us and we appreciate the good contact with them and that they let us to enjoy there lovely home. They were always very prompt and extremely helpful with there replies. This is the perfect and cleanest vacation home and owners you could ever ask for! Fabulous villa with beautiful decor

This was the first time our family used the vacation rental website and was very pleased with the entire experience. This home is immaculate to say the least. Every detail has been well thought out to make your stay extremely comfortable. The lanai is beautiful, with remote control to the pool and hot tub, plenty of very nice patio furniture (which we ordered the same lounge chairs), a beautiful dock on a canal, to the great location of this home. We Loved the villa

I would like to say how very much we enjoyed our 4 week stay in Villa Cape Florida;the villa is ideally situated in our favourite area of Cape Coral-close to the supermarkets, restaurants and beach (and for me close to the Edison Mall which is just over the bridge!) We loved the villa and both the furnishings and decor are extremely tasteful and it has an air of spaciousness-there is everything you need and it felt like home to us.The bedrooms are all so spacious and our room had the luxury of a "wet room" in the bathroom-really luxurious. We made great use of the pool and spa and enjoyed chilling out on the very comfortable sun lounges-the weather was perfect;only 2 half days of cloud and rain in our entire stay.We have been coming to Cape Coral for 7years and this was by far our most successful stay-we just loved everything are looking forward to returning again next year. We were also most impressed by your agent who could not have been more helpful on the odd occasion that we had a query. Thank you both it exceeded all our expectations.

Wonderful, luxurious accommodation!

This lovely house is just as shown in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and luxurious, with comfy beds, lovely sunsets and great kitchen. Danny & Jackie were fantastic to dealwith, and we had no problems during our almost-a-week-long stay. The only negative is the lack of bbq grill, but having stayed in other villas, we understand what a mess can result when people don't take care while grilling. Morning coffee on the dock was a treat, and all our meals were on the beautiful pool deck. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Cape Coral Beach, about 30-40 minutes to Fort Myers or Sanibel beaches, all of which are lovely with the typical Gulf Coast white coral sand. We did notice that when the breeze was from the south, we were aware on the deck of the traffic noise from the nearby expressway, but it was only occasional and not disruptive. Since we live in a rural area, we are perhaps more aware of such things. We definitely did not want to leave when our time was up!

" Absolutely elegant & spotlessly clean!"

We had such a wonderful stay in your lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty of your home - it was absolutely elegant & spotlessly clean! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals as well as the boat to go boating out to the gulf ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins came swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! We also enjoyed grilling & dining out by the pool, and to be able to relax in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise & for the opportunity to enjoy such luxury ~ we've only been home a week and we are already talking about when we can plan our next vacation there!
