This villa is located in a quiet corner of town, it is an easy walk to Burriana beach, there are a couple of very big supermarkets just up the road at a less than 5 minute walk and it is also a nice, aprox. 20 minute walk into the center of Nerja. If you have decided to rent a car, parking on the street is not a problem and free.
This property has two bedrooms. One has a double king size bed a good size balcony south orientated and the room has AC/Heating. The second bedroom has a single bed that converts into a double bed, this bedroom also has AC/Heating.
The bathroom has a Bathtub and shower.
Down stairs you will find a bright and spacious open space that has 3 entrances leading to the terrace and swimming pool. Inside a comfortable living room, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. This floor has TV with international channels (english, french and german), WIFI and also AC/heating.
The terrace and private swimming pool are the most valued by our guests. We have a nice outdoor lounge area, 4 sunbeds and a nice outdoor dinning table and BBQ. You will have sun most of the day and also shade under the pérgola. The house has magnificent views of the Almijara mountains.
Bedlinnen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We also have cots and high chairs for families travelling with babies.
As this property is located in a residential part of town, you will be able to relax far from traffic noise or loud bars and restaurantes.
